【摘要】：以績效評估為視角,引入風險管理的有關理論,以經(jīng)濟學和管理學的相關學科理論為指導,運用文獻資料法、德爾菲法、關鍵績效指標法對我國校園足球發(fā)展的三級指標進行分析,通過層次分析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,構建出校園足球綜合績效評價指標體系,包括管理體系、人事體系、效益體系、比賽運行、安全體系和觀念體系6個一級指標、23個二級指標和49個三級指標,并確定各級指標權重,實現(xiàn)對校園足球績效水平的全面評估。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of performance evaluation, this paper introduces the theory of risk management, the theory of economics and management, the literature method and Delphi method. The key performance index method is used to analyze the three level indexes of the development of campus football in China. Through the analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics, the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of campus football is constructed, which includes management system, personnel system and benefit system. There are 6 first-grade indexes, 23 second-class indexes and 49 third-grade indexes in the running, safety and concept system of the competition, and the weight of the indexes at all levels is determined to realize the overall evaluation of the performance level of campus football.
