【摘要】：我國(guó)是人口大國(guó),流動(dòng)人口在國(guó)家的建設(shè)發(fā)展中是把“雙刃劍”,他們是城市建設(shè)的主力軍,卻給城市社會(huì)治安帶來(lái)不少問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧社會(huì),加強(qiáng)流動(dòng)人口管理顯得十分重要。隨著社會(huì)進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,各個(gè)城市的流動(dòng)人口越來(lái)越多,這給當(dāng)?shù)叵嚓P(guān)部門(mén)的統(tǒng)計(jì)、檢測(cè)等工作帶來(lái)了巨大的挑戰(zhàn),檢測(cè)任務(wù)不斷增加,工作效率受到挑戰(zhàn),制約了流動(dòng)人口工作的順利開(kāi)展。因此,為提高統(tǒng)計(jì)檢測(cè)效率,建設(shè)一套具有數(shù)據(jù)采集、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、績(jī)效考核以及信息發(fā)布等功能的統(tǒng)一、規(guī)范的流動(dòng)人口動(dòng)態(tài)檢測(cè)體系是管理流動(dòng)人口最迫切的需求。本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的流動(dòng)人口檢測(cè)管理存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,并有針對(duì)性地提出了本文設(shè)計(jì)的流動(dòng)人口動(dòng)態(tài)檢測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)的基本理念。然后,本文對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)過(guò)程中會(huì)用到的理論進(jìn)行了學(xué)習(xí),包括J2EE技術(shù)、Tomcat軟件技術(shù)、B/S結(jié)構(gòu)及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù);在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,采用了三層架構(gòu)的模式。接著,本文采用軟件工程的思想,詳細(xì)分析與研究了流動(dòng)人口動(dòng)態(tài)檢測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)中所需要的各種功能性需求與非功能性需求,深入討論了其整體方案。通過(guò)該系統(tǒng),可以建立一套完整的流動(dòng)人口信息電子檔案;根據(jù)功能的不同,本系統(tǒng)被分成了五部分,分別是系統(tǒng)管理、信息采集管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)送和流動(dòng)人口管理。本文以SQL Server 2012為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器,然后對(duì)流動(dòng)人口動(dòng)態(tài)檢測(cè)管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程及功能需求進(jìn)行了比較詳細(xì)、深入的分析。
[Abstract]:China is a large country with a large population, and the floating population is a "double-edged sword" in the construction and development of the country. They are the main force in urban construction, but they bring many problems to the urban social security and realize a harmonious society. It is very important to strengthen the management of floating population. With the progress and development of the society, the floating population in various cities is increasing, which brings great challenges to the statistics and testing work of relevant local departments. The task of testing is increasing, and the efficiency of work is challenged. Restricted the smooth development of floating population work. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of statistical detection, to build a unified set of functions such as data collection, statistical analysis, performance evaluation and information release, the standardized mobile population dynamic detection system is the most urgent need to manage the floating population. In this paper, the problems of floating population detection and management at home and abroad are studied, and the basic concept of the mobile population dynamic detection management system designed in this paper is put forward. Then, this paper studies the theory used in the design and implementation of the system, including J2EE technology, Tomcat software technology, B / S structure and database technology. Then, using the idea of software engineering, this paper analyzes and studies all kinds of functional and non-functional requirements needed in the mobile population dynamic detection management system in detail, and discusses its overall scheme in depth. According to the different functions, the system is divided into five parts: system management, information collection management, statistical analysis, data reporting and floating population management. In this paper, SQL Server 2012 is used as the background database server, and then the business process and function requirement of the mobile population dynamic detection and management system are analyzed in detail and deeply.
