基于Total-Top論文引用均值的非線性分段評價體系研究

【摘要】:[目的/意義]設(shè)計(jì)一種以同一機(jī)構(gòu)同學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的全部論文和頂級論文被引平均值為基準(zhǔn),體現(xiàn)激勵原則,同時兼顧研究者整個學(xué)術(shù)生命周期,解決睡美人論文現(xiàn)象即延遲認(rèn)可的科研績效積分體系:引用均值非線性分段評價系統(tǒng)。[方法/過程]針對目前科研績效主要依靠論文收錄情況和期刊影響因子的現(xiàn)象,充分論證論文的影響力與期刊影響因子的弱相關(guān)性。以2016年某教育學(xué)學(xué)科排名為例,說明具有主觀因素的同行、專家評議指標(biāo)在修正客觀指標(biāo)的同時,也具有一定的局限性。利用知識圖譜,分析相關(guān)的學(xué)術(shù)研究、單篇論文影響力與期刊評價的最新研究成果,最終歸結(jié)為對被引頻次的各種計(jì)算。最后以天津師范大學(xué)近10年的化學(xué)SCI論文為樣本數(shù)據(jù),設(shè)計(jì)分段公式。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]論證得出三個非線性公式:(1)NLS_1=Ln[(Tot_pm+1)/Tot_pm]+[Ln(cc/Tot_pm)]/100-0.01;(2)NLS_2=Ln(cc/Tot_pm);(3)NLS_3=Ln(cc/Tot_pm)+(cc-Top_pm)/100;以及解決睡美人論文的計(jì)量公式: ∑ni=1NSL(P_i~(ct)( cc)) + ∑mi=1NSL(P_i~(ct)( cc))。
