【摘要】：基于信息系統(tǒng)成功模型,納入自我效能感個(gè)體因素,分析影響移動(dòng)圖書館服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的使用、滿意度與績(jī)效的因素。通過問卷調(diào)查法和結(jié)構(gòu)方程建模法對(duì)235名使用移動(dòng)圖書館服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的高校師生進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。研究結(jié)果表明:移動(dòng)圖書館服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的信息質(zhì)量、系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量對(duì)用戶系統(tǒng)使用和滿意度均具有直接正向影響;自我效能對(duì)移動(dòng)圖書館服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的使用有直接正向影響,且使用移動(dòng)圖書館服務(wù)系統(tǒng)能夠提升用戶的學(xué)習(xí)績(jī)效與學(xué)術(shù)研究;移動(dòng)圖書館服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量對(duì)用戶系統(tǒng)使用和滿意度沒有顯著性影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the success model of information system, the factors influencing the use, satisfaction and performance of mobile library service system are analyzed by incorporating the individual factors of self-efficacy. A total of 235 college teachers and students using mobile library service system were investigated by means of questionnaire and structural equation modeling. The results show that the information quality and system quality of the mobile library service system have a direct positive impact on the use and satisfaction of the user system, and self-efficacy has a direct positive impact on the use of the mobile library service system. Moreover, the use of mobile library service system can improve users' learning performance and academic research, and the service quality of mobile library service system has no significant impact on user system use and satisfaction.
