【摘要】：正美國(guó)羅格斯大學(xué)國(guó)家公共績(jī)效研究中心(National Center for Public Performance,簡(jiǎn)稱NCPP)成立于1975年,是一家致力于向公眾和非營(yíng)利組織提供績(jī)效領(lǐng)域的數(shù)據(jù)資源、幫助組織提高基于實(shí)踐的決策能力的研究機(jī)構(gòu)。近年來,該中心采取多學(xué)科、系統(tǒng)化、開放式模式,以廣泛的國(guó)際合作為平臺(tái),努力建設(shè)成為一所一流的公共績(jī)效研究、教育與咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)。近年來,NCPP開展的工作主要包括:(一)建設(shè)公共績(jī)效測(cè)評(píng)和報(bào)告網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共績(jī)效測(cè)評(píng)和報(bào)告網(wǎng)絡(luò)(The Public
