【摘要】：地方政府組織結(jié)構(gòu)是影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要制度因素,以撤縣(市)設(shè)區(qū)為代表的行政轄區(qū)調(diào)整成為整合城市地區(qū)發(fā)展的主要手段之一。本文以京津冀、長三角、珠三角3大城市群12個(gè)撤縣(市)設(shè)區(qū)的案例為樣本,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)以撤縣(市)設(shè)區(qū)為代表的轄區(qū)合并是否有利于提升經(jīng)濟(jì)績效。研究得出:撤縣(市)設(shè)區(qū)顯著改善了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)績效,為我國優(yōu)化行政區(qū)劃設(shè)置方向提供了重要決策參考。
[Abstract]:The organization structure of local government is an important institutional factor affecting the development of regional economy. The adjustment of administrative district, which is represented by the division of counties (cities) into districts, has become one of the main means of integrating the development of urban areas. This paper takes the cases of 12 counties (cities) in the three urban agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta as samples, and empirically tests whether the merger of districts divided into districts is beneficial to the improvement of economic performance. It is concluded that the regional economic performance is significantly improved by the division of counties (cities), which provides an important decision reference for optimizing the direction of setting up administrative divisions in China.
