【摘要】：探索與開發(fā)是優(yōu)化組織創(chuàng)新能力結(jié)構(gòu)的基本活動(dòng),現(xiàn)有研究多關(guān)注雙元能力結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)績效的影響效果,對(duì)二元張力協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制的研究多集中于理論層面,尤其缺乏雙元能力結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系的前因探索與實(shí)證研究。基于創(chuàng)新能力結(jié)構(gòu)視角,本文構(gòu)建了跨界搜尋影響雙元能力結(jié)構(gòu)與績效的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,并以浙江、廣東、山東地區(qū)的338個(gè)制造業(yè)企業(yè)樣本,探討了基于組織—技術(shù)維度的跨界搜尋對(duì)雙元能力結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,以及雙元能力平衡與互動(dòng)對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)與創(chuàng)新績效的作用效果。研究表明,跨界搜尋是協(xié)調(diào)雙元能力結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵舉措,科技驅(qū)動(dòng)型跨界搜尋對(duì)雙元能力平衡與互動(dòng)均有顯著的正向影響,產(chǎn)品技術(shù)、共性技術(shù)導(dǎo)向跨界搜尋分別對(duì)雙元能力平衡、互動(dòng)產(chǎn)生顯著的正向影響;雙元能力平衡與互動(dòng)關(guān)系均對(duì)創(chuàng)新績效具有顯著的正向影響,但雙元能力平衡卻對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)績效存在顯著的負(fù)向影響。同時(shí),雙元能力平衡在科技驅(qū)動(dòng)型跨界搜尋與企業(yè)績效之間起部分或完全中介作用,雙元能力互動(dòng)分別在科技驅(qū)動(dòng)型、共性技術(shù)導(dǎo)向跨界搜尋與創(chuàng)新績效關(guān)系中起部分和完全中介作用。研究結(jié)論拓展了雙元能力結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制與研究視角,豐富了中國情境下組織雙元性領(lǐng)域的實(shí)證研究。
[Abstract]:Exploration and development are the basic activities to optimize the structure of organizational innovation ability. The existing researches focus on the effect of dual capability structure on performance, and the coordination mechanism of dual tension is mostly focused on the theoretical level. In particular, there is a lack of antecedents and empirical research on the structural relationship of dual competence. Based on the perspective of innovation capability structure, this paper constructs a coordination mechanism of cross-border search for the influence of dual competency structure and performance, and takes 338 manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang, Guangdong and Shandong provinces as a sample. This paper discusses the influence of cross-border search based on organizational and technological dimension on the dual competence structure and the effect of dual competence balance and interaction on corporate financial and innovation performance. Research shows that cross-border search is a key measure to coordinate the structure of dual capabilities, and the science-technology driven cross-border search has a significant positive impact on the balance and interaction of dual capabilities. Cross-border search oriented by common technology has significant positive influence on the balance of dual ability and interaction, and the balance of dual ability and interaction have significant positive effects on innovation performance. However, the balance of dual abilities has a significant negative impact on financial performance. At the same time, the dual capability balance plays a partial or complete intermediary role between the sci-tech driven cross-border search and firm performance, and the dual capability interaction is respectively in the sci-tech driven type. The relationship between generic technology oriented cross-border search and innovation performance plays a partial and complete intermediary role. The conclusion expands the coordination mechanism and perspective of the dual competence structure and enriches the empirical research in the field of organizational duality in Chinese context.
