關(guān)鍵研發(fā)者自我中心網(wǎng)絡(luò)變化對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響:以整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)為中介變量

【摘要】:關(guān)鍵研發(fā)者作為組織創(chuàng)新的重要參與者,對(duì)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效具有顯著影響,但其影響機(jī)制不明確。以整體網(wǎng)為中介變量,利用36家通訊制造企業(yè)專利數(shù)據(jù),分兩個(gè)步驟探究關(guān)鍵研發(fā)者對(duì)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響機(jī)制。第一步,探索關(guān)鍵研發(fā)者的個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征、網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模及網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度變化對(duì)整體合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)和知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介中心勢(shì)的影響;第二步,研究整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)的中介中心勢(shì)變化(正向和負(fù)向)與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:在合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,關(guān)鍵研發(fā)者自我中心網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模變化幅度增大會(huì)引起整體合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介中心勢(shì)變化幅度增大;關(guān)鍵研發(fā)者引起的合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介中心勢(shì)變小會(huì)使企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效顯著降低;在知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,關(guān)鍵研發(fā)者自我中心網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模與網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度變化幅度增加均會(huì)使整體知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介中心勢(shì)變化幅度顯著增大。由關(guān)鍵研發(fā)者引起的知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介中心勢(shì)變小會(huì)使企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效顯著提升。
[Abstract]:As an important participant in organizational innovation, key R & D players have a significant impact on innovation performance, but its mechanism is not clear. Taking the whole network as the intermediary variable and using the patent data of 36 communication manufacturing enterprises, this paper probes into the influence mechanism of key R & D on innovation performance in two steps. The first step is to explore the characteristics of personal network of key R & D, the influence of network size and network density on the overall cooperative network and knowledge network intermediary center potential. This paper studies the relationship between the change of intermediary center potential (positive and negative) and innovation performance of the whole network. The results show that in the cooperative network, the increase of the scale of the key R & D self-center network will lead to the increase of the potential of the overall cooperative network intermediary center. The potential of cooperative network intermediary centers caused by key R & D players is reduced significantly; in knowledge networks, the innovation performance of enterprises is significantly reduced. The increase of the scale of self-centered network and the change of network density of key R & D will significantly increase the range of intermediary center potential of knowledge network as a whole. The potential of knowledge network intermediary center caused by key R & D will significantly improve the innovation performance of enterprises.
