【摘要】:伴隨電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)作為一種新興的創(chuàng)業(yè)模式,得到學(xué)術(shù)界的廣泛關(guān)注。安徽省是典型的農(nóng)業(yè)大省,也是全國(guó)電子商務(wù)進(jìn)農(nóng)村試點(diǎn)省份之一。新農(nóng)人作為農(nóng)民群體中先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的代表,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化發(fā)展起到強(qiáng)有力的推動(dòng)作用。電子商務(wù)的興起,為安徽省新農(nóng)人的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了新機(jī)遇。但目前安徽省新農(nóng)人電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)普遍存在行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不規(guī)范、硬件設(shè)施不完善、政策扶持力度不足以及專(zhuān)業(yè)人才欠缺等問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重影響新農(nóng)人電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)效益的提升。本文從安徽省新農(nóng)人電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀入手,基于現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)、理論依據(jù)和實(shí)證依據(jù)對(duì)影響新農(nóng)人電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效的關(guān)鍵要素進(jìn)行提取及分析,提出優(yōu)化安徽省新農(nóng)人電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的對(duì)策及建議。本文首先對(duì)有關(guān)新農(nóng)人、電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)及創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效等文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行整理與匯總。接著對(duì)安徽省新農(nóng)人的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述,從安徽省新農(nóng)人電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀中探尋影響電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效的潛在問(wèn)題,為后文探討電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效影響因素的理論分析和實(shí)證分析提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。綜合以往電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)的理論模型,結(jié)合安徽省新農(nóng)人電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),構(gòu)建了安徽省新農(nóng)人電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效的影響因素指標(biāo)體系,包含“創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)”“創(chuàng)業(yè)者能力”“創(chuàng)業(yè)資源”以及“電商平臺(tái)性能”4個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)和17個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo);谥笜(biāo)體系提出理論假設(shè)并構(gòu)建電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效影響因素“四維”理論模型,為后文進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效影響因素的實(shí)證分析提供理論依據(jù)。本文運(yùn)用SPSS20.0和Amos Graphics軟件對(duì)問(wèn)卷調(diào)研結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,問(wèn)卷量表通過(guò)檢驗(yàn)具有良好的信度效度,進(jìn)而基于探索性因子分析對(duì)電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效影響因素量表進(jìn)行維度劃分,再基于結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型構(gòu)建安徽省新農(nóng)人電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效影響因素的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化參數(shù)模型圖。通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型探討各變量對(duì)電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效的影響路徑和影響程度以及各影響變量間的關(guān)系,一方面驗(yàn)證了前文提出的理論假設(shè),另一方面也為后文對(duì)電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效的策略優(yōu)化提供實(shí)證依據(jù)。最后,本文分別基于政府及新農(nóng)人角度從提高資源利用率、提升新農(nóng)人創(chuàng)業(yè)能力、加強(qiáng)平臺(tái)建設(shè)、強(qiáng)化創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)等方面提出改善安徽省新農(nóng)人電子商務(wù)創(chuàng)業(yè)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of e-commerce industry, e-business entrepreneurship as a new entrepreneurial model, has been widely concerned by the academic community. Anhui Province is a typical agricultural province, is also one of the pilot provinces of e-commerce into rural areas. As the representative of advanced productive forces, new farmers play a powerful role in promoting the development of agricultural networking. The rise of e-commerce brings new opportunities for the development of new farmers in Anhui Province. At present, however, there are some problems in E-business entrepreneurship of new farmers in Anhui Province, such as the standard of industry is not standardized, the hardware facilities are not perfect, the policy support is insufficient, and the professional talents are lacking, which seriously affects the promotion of the efficiency of e-commerce entrepreneurship of new farmers. This paper starts with the current situation of e-commerce entrepreneurship of new farmers in Anhui Province, and extracts and analyzes the key factors that affect the performance of e-commerce entrepreneurship of new farmers based on realistic basis, theoretical basis and empirical basis. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the e-business entrepreneurial activities of new farmers in Anhui Province. In this paper, the new farmers, e-business entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance and other documents are collated and summarized. Then the development status of new farmers in Anhui Province is expounded, and the potential problems affecting the performance of e-commerce entrepreneurship are explored from the status quo of e-commerce entrepreneurship of new farmers in Anhui Province. It provides a practical basis for the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the factors influencing the performance of e-business entrepreneurship. Based on the previous theoretical models of e-commerce entrepreneurship and the practical basis of e-business entrepreneurship of new farmers in Anhui Province, this paper constructs an index system of influencing factors of e-business entrepreneurship performance of new farmers in Anhui Province. It includes "entrepreneurial motivation," entrepreneurial ability, "entrepreneurial resources," and "ecommerce platform performance," four secondary indicators and 17 third-level indicators. Based on the index system, this paper puts forward the theoretical hypothesis and constructs the "four-dimensional" theoretical model of the influencing factors of e-commerce entrepreneurial performance, which provides the theoretical basis for the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial performance. This paper uses SPSS20.0 and Amos Graphics software to carry on the statistical analysis to the questionnaire result, the questionnaire scale through the test has the good reliability validity, then based on the exploratory factor analysis carries on the dimension division to the electronic commerce entrepreneurship performance influence factor scale. Then, based on the structural equation model, the standardized parameter model map of the influencing factors of e-business entrepreneurial performance of new farmers in Anhui Province is constructed. Based on the structural equation model, this paper discusses the influence path and degree of each variable on the performance of e-commerce entrepreneurship, and the relationship between these variables. On the one hand, it verifies the theoretical hypothesis put forward above. On the other hand, it also provides the empirical basis for the strategy optimization of e-business entrepreneurship performance. Finally, based on the angle of the government and the new farmers, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the e-business entrepreneurship of the new farmers in Anhui Province from the aspects of improving the utilization of resources, enhancing the entrepreneurial ability of the new farmers, strengthening the platform construction, and strengthening the awareness of entrepreneurship.
