【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)分散的財務管理模式已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)的發(fā)展需求,構(gòu)建財務共享服務中心成為企業(yè)集團解決這些問題的重要選擇。企業(yè)集團化經(jīng)營面臨著管理成本居高不下、業(yè)務缺乏流程化、集團管控薄弱等突出問題。財務共享服務流程再造的關(guān)鍵因素包括順序選擇、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、信息系統(tǒng)、業(yè)務流程、績效管理。財務共享服務流程再造的核心程序包括項目規(guī)劃與設計、信息評估與建設、流程梳理與分析、流程重建與設計、流程試點與轉(zhuǎn)換、流程管理與控制。
[Abstract]:The traditional decentralized financial management model has been unable to meet the enterprise ' s development needs . The construction of the financial sharing service center becomes an important choice for the enterprise group to solve these problems . The key factors of the process reengineering of the financial sharing service include sequence selection , organization structure , information system , business process and performance management . The core program of BPR includes the project planning and design , information evaluation and construction , process analysis and analysis , process reconstruction and design , process pilot and conversion , process management and control .
