【摘要】:就業(yè),對(duì)于每一位高職學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)都是非常重要的大事。但是從現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看,有相當(dāng)一部分高職學(xué)生出現(xiàn)了對(duì)自己所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)不感興趣、對(duì)就業(yè)目標(biāo)不明確、對(duì)未來(lái)就業(yè)感到迷茫的現(xiàn)象。面對(duì)就業(yè),這部分高職學(xué)生無(wú)所適從,以消極的心態(tài)對(duì)待就業(yè),無(wú)心學(xué)習(xí),就業(yè)時(shí)人云亦云,隨波逐流,毫無(wú)自己的主見(jiàn),有相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生甚至畢業(yè)后很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間內(nèi)都無(wú)法順利就業(yè)。社會(huì)認(rèn)知職業(yè)理論(SCCT)的職業(yè)興趣子模式指出:一個(gè)人對(duì)特定職業(yè)的興趣是由其對(duì)該職業(yè)的自我效能和結(jié)果預(yù)期來(lái)決定的。職業(yè)興趣產(chǎn)生之后,會(huì)與自我效能、結(jié)果預(yù)期一起,促使職業(yè)目標(biāo)的確立。目標(biāo)又會(huì)促進(jìn)行動(dòng),產(chǎn)生職業(yè)選擇的行為并最終達(dá)到一定的工作績(jī)效。本研究中,依據(jù)社會(huì)認(rèn)知職業(yè)理論,在南京X職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院選取了 30名高職學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)了隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),通過(guò)社會(huì)工作中的小組工作方法對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生的職業(yè)自我效能和職業(yè)結(jié)果預(yù)期兩個(gè)變量進(jìn)行干預(yù)。對(duì)干預(yù)后的結(jié)果進(jìn)行差異性檢驗(yàn)后發(fā)現(xiàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生和對(duì)照組學(xué)生的職業(yè)自我效能和職業(yè)結(jié)果預(yù)期變量存在顯著性差異,即說(shuō)明干預(yù)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生的職業(yè)自我效能和職業(yè)結(jié)果預(yù)期都得到了提高,從追蹤訪談的結(jié)果來(lái)看,實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生的職業(yè)興趣、職業(yè)目標(biāo)的確定和職業(yè)選擇的行為都受到了相應(yīng)的影響。本研究證明,一方面,社會(huì)認(rèn)知職業(yè)理論的職業(yè)興趣子模式得到了驗(yàn)證,對(duì)個(gè)體的職業(yè)自我效能和職業(yè)結(jié)果預(yù)期進(jìn)行干預(yù)后,確實(shí)會(huì)對(duì)職業(yè)興趣和職業(yè)目標(biāo)、職業(yè)選擇行為等產(chǎn)生影響;另一方面,社會(huì)工作中的小組工作的方法在職業(yè)輔導(dǎo)中是一種有效的干預(yù)方法,能提高學(xué)生的職業(yè)自我效能和職業(yè)結(jié)果預(yù)期。
[Abstract]:Employment is a very important event for every higher vocational student. However, from the current situation, a considerable number of higher vocational students are not interested in their major, not clear to the employment goal, and confused about the future employment. In the face of employment, this part of higher vocational students do not know what to do, treat employment with a negative attitude, do not intend to study, follow others in employment, follow the tide, and have no own opinions. A considerable number of students even after graduation for a long period of time can not smooth employment. Social Cognitive Vocational Theory (SCCT) points out that a person's interest in a particular occupation is determined by his self-efficacy and expectation of results. Career interest, together with self-efficacy and outcome expectations, promotes the establishment of career goals. Goals also promote action, generate career-choice behavior and ultimately achieve certain job performance. In this study, according to the social cognitive vocational theory, 30 vocational college students in Nanjing X Vocational and Technical College were selected to design a randomized controlled trial. The two variables of vocational self-efficacy and career outcome expectation of the experimental group students were interfered with by the social work group work method. After testing the difference of the results after intervention, it was found that there were significant differences in the professional self-efficacy and the expected variables of career outcome between the experimental group and the control group, that is to say, after the intervention, there were significant differences between the two groups. The career self-efficacy and career outcome expectation of the students in the experimental group have been improved. From the results of the follow-up interviews, the students' career interest, career goal determination and career choice behavior of the experimental group are all affected accordingly. This study proves that, on the one hand, the submodel of occupational interest of social cognition vocational theory has been verified, and after the intervention of individual career self-efficacy and career outcome expectation, it will indeed have a positive effect on career interest and career goal. On the other hand, the method of group work in social work is an effective intervention method in career counseling, which can improve students' professional self-efficacy and career outcome expectation.
