【摘要】：依靠網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政形象是全面從嚴治黨的內(nèi)在要求,也是展現(xiàn)中國軟實力的重要途徑。網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代的"二律背反"成為構(gòu)建中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政形象的關(guān)鍵問題,目前其困境主要體現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息公開工作缺位、部分領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的媒介形象和某些網(wǎng)絡(luò)"意見領(lǐng)袖"對中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政形象的影響。因此,需要在主體主導(dǎo)基礎(chǔ)上提高對網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播現(xiàn)實機制的適應(yīng)、在客體需求上加強中國共產(chǎn)黨的執(zhí)政績效建設(shè)、在關(guān)系和諧基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建良好的黨群關(guān)系,以此構(gòu)建一個多層次、全方位的中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政形象。
[Abstract]:Relying on the network to construct the ruling image of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is the internal requirement of ruling the Party in an all-round and strict manner, and is also an important way to show the soft power of China. In the network age, the "two laws against the law" has become the key problem in constructing the ruling image of the Communist Party of China. At present, its predicament is mainly reflected in the absence of the work of the network information disclosure. The media image of some leading cadres and the influence of some network "opinion leaders" on the image of the Communist Party of China. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the adaptation to the realistic mechanism of network communication on the basis of subject leading, to strengthen the construction of the ruling performance of the Communist Party of China on the demand of the object, and to build a good relationship between the Party and the masses on the basis of harmonious relationship, so as to build a multi-level system. An all-round image of the Communist Party of China in power.
