【摘要】：EPC是合同能源管理的簡(jiǎn)稱,EPC項(xiàng)目即是由節(jié)能服務(wù)公司(ESCO)向用能單位提供的在合同能源管理模式下運(yùn)作的能源服務(wù)項(xiàng)目,項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的效果是反映節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要指標(biāo)。為保證EPC項(xiàng)目的成功實(shí)施,本文在關(guān)系治理視角下,分析EPC項(xiàng)目合作主體間關(guān)系治理對(duì)合作績(jī)效的影響,以期促進(jìn)EPC項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施,實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)平穩(wěn)快速的發(fā)展。本文首先綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于關(guān)系治理、合作績(jī)效的相關(guān)研究成果,確定了EPC項(xiàng)目中合作主體間關(guān)系治理對(duì)合作績(jī)效影響研究這一問題。其次,通過對(duì)EPC項(xiàng)目的五大合作主體、四種項(xiàng)目合作模式進(jìn)行分析,闡述了不同合作模式下主體間的合作關(guān)系,并結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究成果,界定了EPC項(xiàng)目合作關(guān)系治理的主體及維度。最后,本文在EPC項(xiàng)目中ESCO與能源用戶間關(guān)系治理維度界定的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了EPC項(xiàng)目中規(guī)范治理、行為治理對(duì)項(xiàng)目合作績(jī)效影響的概念模型,運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法和實(shí)證分析法進(jìn)行預(yù)調(diào)研、正式調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)的收集和處理,并驗(yàn)證研究假設(shè),分析規(guī)范治理、行為治理對(duì)EPC項(xiàng)目合作績(jī)效,規(guī)范治理對(duì)行為治理的影響路徑及影響程度,尋找有效的合作主體間關(guān)系治理行為及合作績(jī)效關(guān)鍵因素。本文實(shí)證分析結(jié)果顯示:規(guī)范治理的三個(gè)維度信任、承諾、溝通均對(duì)EPC項(xiàng)目合作績(jī)效的影響顯著;行為治理的維度中資源共享對(duì)EPC項(xiàng)目合作績(jī)效影響不顯著,聯(lián)合行動(dòng)對(duì)EPC項(xiàng)目合作績(jī)效影響顯著;規(guī)范治理的維度中信任和溝通對(duì)行為治理存在正向影響關(guān)系;行為治理中介效應(yīng)也得到驗(yàn)證。本文通過討論實(shí)證研究結(jié)果,針對(duì)性的提出促進(jìn)EPC項(xiàng)目合作的建議,以利于項(xiàng)目在實(shí)施過程中規(guī)避不利因素,注重有效因素,促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目的成功實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:EPC is a contract energy management project, which is provided by Energy Saving Service Company (EPC) to energy users. The effect of the project is an important index to reflect the development of energy-saving service industry. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the EPC project, this paper analyzes the impact of the relationship governance among the partners of the EPC project on the cooperative performance from the perspective of relationship governance, in order to promote the smooth implementation of the EPC project and realize the steady and rapid development of the energy-saving service industry. This paper firstly summarizes the related research results of relationship governance and cooperative performance at home and abroad, and determines the impact of relationship governance among cooperative agents on cooperative performance in EPC project. Secondly, through the analysis of the five cooperating subjects and the four kinds of cooperation modes of EPC projects, this paper expounds the cooperative relations between the main bodies under different cooperation modes, and combines with the research results of relevant literature. Define the main body and dimension of EPC project partnership governance. Finally, on the basis of defining the relationship between ESCO and energy users in EPC project, this paper constructs a conceptual model of the impact of normative governance and behavioral governance on project cooperation performance in EPC project. Using questionnaire survey and empirical analysis to conduct pre-investigation, collect and deal with the formal investigation data, and verify the research hypothesis, analyze the cooperative performance of normative governance and behavioral governance on EPC project, and analyze the effect of normative governance and behavioral governance on the cooperative performance of EPC projects. Standardizing the influence of governance on behavior governance and the degree of influence, and looking for the key factors of effective relationship governance behavior and cooperative performance. The empirical results show that: the three dimensions of normative governance trust, commitment, communication have significant impact on EPC project cooperation performance, while the impact of resource sharing on EPC project cooperation performance is not significant in the dimension of behavioral governance. Joint action has a significant impact on EPC project cooperation performance; there is a positive relationship between trust and communication on behavioral governance in the dimension of normative governance; the intermediary effect of behavioral governance is also verified. This paper discusses the results of empirical research and puts forward some suggestions to promote the cooperation of EPC projects in order to avoid the unfavorable factors, pay attention to the effective factors and promote the successful implementation of the projects.
