【摘要】：隨著我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的推進(jìn),智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)成為實現(xiàn)智慧城市功能的基礎(chǔ)單位。社區(qū)環(huán)境越來越復(fù)雜,社區(qū)資源越來越多源,社區(qū)居民需求越來越個性化,為了滿足社區(qū)居民個性化需求,提高社區(qū)居民生活質(zhì)量,智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)成為越來越重要的環(huán)節(jié)。為了明確智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,確定智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)重點(diǎn),本文對智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)行績效測評,根據(jù)信息化建設(shè)內(nèi)涵,構(gòu)建了測評智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)的一套理論和方法。首先,對國內(nèi)外智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究進(jìn)行分類梳理,介紹了智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)績效測評的研究意義與背景。闡述了智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)的基本內(nèi)涵。其次,分析了智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)績效測評指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建原則和設(shè)計思路,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)績效測評指標(biāo)體系,根據(jù)模型選取依據(jù),介紹了層次分析—模糊綜合評價模型。再次,選取湖南省長沙市雨花區(qū)為研究樣本,開展智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)績效測評實證研究,介紹了研究背景和樣本選取依據(jù),通過問卷調(diào)查法,收集數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行分析,基于層次分析—模糊綜合評價模型對智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)行績效測評和分析。最后,根據(jù)實證結(jié)果從優(yōu)化信息資源建設(shè)規(guī)劃、完善信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)布局、拓展信息化建設(shè)模式、鼓勵信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新、提高全民信息化素質(zhì)、強(qiáng)化政府政策法規(guī)體系六個方面提出智慧社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of new urbanization in China, the information construction of intelligent community becomes the basic unit to realize the function of intelligent city. The community environment is becoming more and more complex, the community resources are more and more resources, the community residents' needs are becoming more and more individualized, in order to meet the community residents' personalized needs, improve the quality of life of the community residents, The information construction of intelligent community becomes more and more important link. In order to make clear the present situation of the information construction of the intelligent community and determine the key points of the informatization construction of the intelligent community, this paper evaluates the performance of the informatization construction of the intelligent community, and according to the connotation of the informatization construction, A set of theories and methods for evaluating the information construction of intelligent community are constructed. First of all, the domestic and foreign intelligent community informatization construction related literature research classification comb, introduced the intelligence community informatization construction performance evaluation research significance and the background. This paper expounds the basic connotation of the information construction of the intelligent community. Secondly, the paper analyzes the construction principles and design ideas of the performance evaluation index system for the information construction of intelligent community, and then constructs the performance evaluation index system of the information construction of the intelligent community, and selects the basis according to the model. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is introduced. Thirdly, select Yuhua District of Changsha City of Hunan Province as the research sample to carry out empirical research on the performance evaluation of information construction in intelligent community, introduce the research background and sample selection basis, collect data and analyze through questionnaire survey. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the paper evaluates and analyzes the performance of information construction in intelligent community. Finally, according to the empirical results, we should optimize the information resource construction plan, perfect the layout of information infrastructure construction, expand the information construction mode, encourage the information technology application innovation, and improve the information quality of the whole people. Strengthening the government policy and law system six aspects put forward the intelligence community information construction optimization strategy.
