文化科技創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移沖突協(xié)調(diào)策略研究

【摘要】:知識經(jīng)濟的到來促使知識資源成為各個組織競爭成敗的重要因素之一。目前知識轉(zhuǎn)移已成為知識管理的一個相當關(guān)鍵的一部分。不同組織由于在目標、管理模式、文化、利益等方面彼此不同,文化科技戰(zhàn)略同盟在進行知識傳遞與共享的過程中不可避免會發(fā)生各種各樣的沖突類型。在此背景下,文章從沖突的視角通過對創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移構(gòu)建博弈矩陣,以控制沖突水平,提高文化科技產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效。文章從沖突的研究視角進行研究,采用演化博弈、Matlab數(shù)值仿真方法,首先從文獻綜述及現(xiàn)實背景出發(fā),在文化與科技融合創(chuàng)新的基本特征基礎(chǔ)上,綜合探討影響文化科技創(chuàng)新同盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效水平的因素;然后,運用演化博弈方法建立文化群體和科技群體組織知識分享演化博弈模型,根據(jù)企業(yè)生命周期理論,分別建立知識轉(zhuǎn)移形成階段和發(fā)展階段的演化博弈模型,進而探討其演化均衡策略方案,最后使用軟件Matlab對博弈結(jié)果進行仿真檢驗和證實;在文章的最后,分別從兩個方面提出促進文化科技創(chuàng)新同盟知識共享績效水平的策略。即從知識傳遞與共享的形成階段和發(fā)展階段分別提出促進創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟主體知識分享績效的有效策略與建議。本文的主要創(chuàng)新性結(jié)論包括:(1)目標沖突和知識沖突對知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效具有正效應;(2)文化沖突和情感沖突對知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效具有負效應;(3)影響知識轉(zhuǎn)移績效的其他因素還有知識轉(zhuǎn)移量(Q)、知識轉(zhuǎn)移的成本系數(shù)(C)、知識轉(zhuǎn)移投機收益(E)、知識轉(zhuǎn)移協(xié)同收益系數(shù)(λ)、獎勵系數(shù)(?)、懲罰因子(β)、知識轉(zhuǎn)移協(xié)同收益(P);(4)在知識轉(zhuǎn)移發(fā)展階段,改變沖突系數(shù)的數(shù)值,聯(lián)盟雙方的策略也會隨之改變。文章在研究方式上引入演化博弈理論、Matlab數(shù)值仿真;在研究內(nèi)容上采用企業(yè)生命周期理論對同盟主體的知識共享進行劃分,分成知識共享形成階段和發(fā)展階段。分別構(gòu)建這兩個階段的知識轉(zhuǎn)移博弈支付矩陣,真正實現(xiàn)文化科技創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟知識轉(zhuǎn)移的動態(tài)演化分析。
[Abstract]:The arrival of knowledge economy makes knowledge resources become one of the important factors of the success or failure of the competition of various organizations. At present, knowledge transfer has become a key part of knowledge management. Because different organizations have different goals, management models, culture, interests and so on, the strategic alliance of culture and science and technology will inevitably have a variety of conflict types in the process of knowledge transfer and sharing. In this context, the paper constructs a game matrix from the perspective of conflict to control the level of conflict and improve the knowledge transfer performance of the strategic alliance of innovation in cultural science and technology industry. This paper studies from the perspective of conflict, adopts evolutionary game and Matlab numerical simulation method. First of all, based on the literature review and realistic background, based on the basic characteristics of culture and science and technology integration and innovation. This paper comprehensively discusses the factors that affect the knowledge transfer performance of the alliance of cultural, scientific and technological innovation, and then establishes the evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing between cultural groups and scientific and technological groups by using evolutionary game method, according to the theory of enterprise life cycle. The evolutionary game models of knowledge transfer formation stage and development stage are established respectively, and then the evolutionary equilibrium strategy scheme is discussed. Finally, the game results are verified and verified by software Matlab. The strategies of promoting the knowledge sharing performance of cultural, scientific, technological and innovation alliance are put forward from two aspects. From the forming stage and the developing stage of knowledge transfer and sharing, this paper puts forward some effective strategies and suggestions to promote the knowledge sharing performance of innovation alliance. The main innovative conclusions of this paper include: (1) conflict of goal and conflict of knowledge have positive effect on the performance of knowledge transfer; (2) conflict of culture and conflict of emotion have negative effect on performance of knowledge transfer; (3) other factors that affect the performance of knowledge transfer There is also the quantity of knowledge transfer, the cost coefficient of knowledge transfer, the profit of speculation in knowledge transfer, the coefficient of synergistic return of knowledge transfer (位), the reward coefficient, the punishment factor (尾), and the development stage of knowledge transfer. Changing the value of the conflict coefficient will change the strategy of both sides of the alliance. In this paper, the evolutionary game theory is introduced into Matlab numerical simulation, and the enterprise life cycle theory is used to divide the knowledge sharing of alliance agents into two stages: the forming stage and the developing stage of knowledge sharing. The two stages of knowledge transfer game payment matrix are constructed to realize the dynamic evolution analysis of knowledge transfer in cultural scientific and technological innovation alliance.
