【摘要】：我國(guó)成為第一個(gè)躋身全球創(chuàng)新25強(qiáng)的中等收入經(jīng)濟(jì)體,既緣于我國(guó)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的不斷提升,一定程度上也受益于評(píng)價(jià)方法和指標(biāo)體系的調(diào)整。對(duì)此,要鞏固優(yōu)勢(shì)、補(bǔ)齊短板,最大限度發(fā)揮創(chuàng)新要素和市場(chǎng)空間的規(guī)模優(yōu)勢(shì),全力營(yíng)造激發(fā)各類主體創(chuàng)新活力的良好生態(tài),全面提升我國(guó)創(chuàng)新能力。
[Abstract]:China has become the first middle-income economy to be among the 25 strong innovators in the world, both because of the continuous improvement of its innovation performance, and to some extent benefit from the adjustment of evaluation methods and index system. In view of this, we should consolidate the advantage, make up the short board, give full play to the scale advantage of the innovation elements and market space, build a good ecology to stimulate the innovation vigor of all kinds of main bodies, and promote the innovation ability of our country in an all-round way.
