【摘要】：國家級經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)(以下簡稱經(jīng)開區(qū))是推進(jìn)我國工業(yè)化和外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要載體。由于集聚了較多加工制造活動,與生產(chǎn)成本和交易成本相關(guān)的區(qū)位因素都可能影響經(jīng)濟(jì)績效�；诮�(jīng)開區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)活動區(qū)位選擇特點(diǎn),結(jié)合106個國家級經(jīng)開區(qū)2013年面板數(shù)據(jù)作因子分析和多元回歸分析,探討了各區(qū)位因素對經(jīng)開區(qū)發(fā)展績效的影響。研究顯示,與交易成本相關(guān)的區(qū)位因素對經(jīng)開區(qū)績效的影響更顯著,這不僅表現(xiàn)為工資、地價和排污費(fèi)等與生產(chǎn)成本直接相關(guān)的區(qū)位因素與經(jīng)開區(qū)單位面積產(chǎn)值呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,而且表現(xiàn)為交通運(yùn)輸條件和政府依法行政狀況等與交易成本相關(guān)的區(qū)位因素與經(jīng)開區(qū)績效呈明顯的正相關(guān)性。因此,為促進(jìn)經(jīng)開區(qū)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,地方政府要改變以往為節(jié)約生產(chǎn)成本在要素方面競相壓價和盲目比拼財稅優(yōu)惠政策的行為,加大重視抑制交易成本的上升。
[Abstract]:State-level economic and technological development zones (hereinafter referred to as economic development zone) is an important carrier to promote the industrialization and export-oriented economic development in China. Due to the agglomeration of processing and manufacturing activities, the location factors related to production cost and transaction cost may affect economic performance. Based on the characteristics of location selection of industrial activities in Jingkai District, combined with the factor analysis and multiple regression analysis of 106 state-level panel data in 2013, this paper discusses the influence of location factors on the development performance of Jingkai District. The results show that the location factors related to transaction cost have a more significant impact on the economic performance, which is not only the negative correlation between the location factors and production cost, such as wages, land prices and sewage charges, but also the output value per unit area. Moreover, the location factors related to transaction cost, such as transportation conditions and government administration according to law, are positively correlated with the performance of the open area. Therefore, in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the economic development area, local governments should change the past behavior of competitive pricing and blind competition of fiscal and tax preferential policies in order to save production costs, and pay more attention to restraining the rise of transaction costs.
