【摘要】：世界各國(guó)高等教育改革的一個(gè)普遍趨勢(shì)是實(shí)施各具特色的混合治理模式。大學(xué)治理的學(xué)術(shù)——商業(yè)——公司模式即是學(xué)術(shù)治理、商業(yè)治理、公司治理三種模式的混合。它建立在共同治理和企業(yè)治理的概念基礎(chǔ)之上,并拓展了共同治理的概念,是著眼于大學(xué)使命的一體化治理模式,為有效的大學(xué)治理提供了一種整合性框架,是一種視野宏大的治理模式。學(xué)術(shù)治理模式聚焦學(xué)問,商業(yè)治理模式聚焦績(jī)效,公司治理模式聚焦適應(yīng)性。大學(xué)治理的學(xué)術(shù)——商業(yè)——公司模式較好地融合了三種治理模式的優(yōu)勢(shì),體現(xiàn)了大學(xué)治理的包容性和整合性,強(qiáng)調(diào)了學(xué)問、績(jī)效及適應(yīng)性之間的相互依賴性,能夠較好地適應(yīng)日益復(fù)雜多變的大學(xué)治理。
[Abstract]:A general trend of higher education reform in the world is to implement the mixed governance mode with its own characteristics. The academic-commercial-corporate model of university governance is a mixture of academic governance, commercial governance and corporate governance. It is based on the concept of common governance and corporate governance, and expands the concept of common governance. It is an integrated governance model focused on the mission of the university, and provides an integrated framework for effective university governance. Is a kind of vision grand governance model. Academic governance models focus on learning, business governance models focus on performance, corporate governance models focus on adaptability. The academic-commercial-corporate model of university governance integrates the advantages of the three governance models, embodies the inclusiveness and integration of university governance, and emphasizes the interdependence among learning, performance and adaptability. Can better adapt to the increasingly complex and changeable university governance.
