【摘要】：本項(xiàng)目是一篇翻譯報(bào)告,翻譯原文為大衛(wèi)·亨特博士(Dr.David E.K.Hunter)的著作Working HardWorking Well中從序言到第三章。該作品敘述了作者在社會(huì)公共部門與非盈利組織工作近三十年所積累的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)與方法。本文在德國(guó)翻譯學(xué)家卡塔琳娜·賴斯(Katharina Reiss)提出的文本類型理論指導(dǎo)下探究信息型文本的特點(diǎn)與翻譯策略。本翻譯報(bào)告共分為五章。第一章對(duì)文本總體信息、主要內(nèi)容和該項(xiàng)目翻譯意義作了描述;第二章首先簡(jiǎn)單介紹翻譯過(guò)程,其次介紹本翻譯報(bào)告所鑒理論,即文本類型理論;第三章從詞匯、句法和語(yǔ)篇層面對(duì)文本進(jìn)行分析;第四章結(jié)合第三章文本分析進(jìn)行案例分析;第五章是譯者對(duì)翻譯績(jī)效管理文本過(guò)程中的發(fā)現(xiàn)和局限進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對(duì)未來(lái)此類文本的翻譯給出了針對(duì)性建議。本翻譯實(shí)踐旨在介紹國(guó)外先進(jìn)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)與管理方法,探究此類信息型文本適用的翻譯策略與方法,為今后此類文本的翻譯實(shí)踐提供建議。
[Abstract]:The project is a translation of the original text of Dr. David E. Hunter's book, Working HardWorking Well, from the preamble to the third chapter. The work describes the author's management experience and methods accumulated in the past 30 years in the social public sector and non-profit organizations. Under the guidance of the text type theory proposed by Katarina Reissin, a German translator, this paper explores the characteristics and translation strategies of informative texts. This translation report is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the general information of the text, the main content and the translation significance of the project. The second chapter briefly introduces the translation process, and then introduces the theory of text type, which is the theory of the translation report. Chapter four analyzes the text at the syntactic and textual level; chapter 4 combines the text analysis with chapter 3; chapter 5 summarizes the findings and limitations of the translation performance management. Some suggestions are given for the translation of such texts in the future. The purpose of this translation practice is to introduce foreign advanced management experience and management methods, to explore the translation strategies and methods applicable to such informative texts, and to provide suggestions for the translation practice of such texts in the future.
