某企業(yè)人員績效管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在企業(yè)人力資源管理過程中,績效管理是最要的組成部分,隨著企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展改革,企業(yè)人力資源管理越來越復雜,對于企業(yè)員工作職能的劃分、角色的分工定位、工作的效能評估以及員工獎懲制度的實現(xiàn)手段和方式等都成為影響企業(yè)人力資源管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),也決定著企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略制定。本文開發(fā)的績效管理系統(tǒng)是建立在internet之上的信息系統(tǒng)。整個開發(fā)過程采用面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)方法。在系統(tǒng)分析階段,主要采用文獻法和座談法獲取用戶的需求,根據(jù)用戶的需求以統(tǒng)一建模語言(UML)建立需求模型,并通過模型驅(qū)動與用戶進行交流最終明確績效管理系統(tǒng)的模塊功能,根據(jù)對績效管理系統(tǒng)的分析進行詳細的總體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)安全結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計以及系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計。在具體的系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)過程中,采取B/S結(jié)構(gòu),使用.NET框架對系統(tǒng)進行開發(fā),基于角色訪問控制機制,數(shù)據(jù)庫選用sqlserver。本文通過對國內(nèi)外績效管理理論以及績效管理實踐進行研究和分析,通過國內(nèi)外績效管理系統(tǒng)的對比,以及對公司績效管理調(diào)研分析,設(shè)計開發(fā)一套基于.NET框架以績效管理為核心,包含員工管理、部門管理、績效管理等多功能的績效管理系統(tǒng),為企業(yè)提供規(guī)范科學的績效管理服務(wù)。整個績效管理系統(tǒng)功能依據(jù)企業(yè)績效管理業(yè)務(wù)分析設(shè)計開發(fā),功能完善,涵蓋了績效管理各個活動,功能需求主要包括企業(yè)員工管理、企業(yè)部門管理、企業(yè)薪酬管理和績效考核管理等。本文首先對企業(yè)績效管理進行詳細的業(yè)務(wù)分析,并進行了概要設(shè)計,接著對系統(tǒng)各功能模塊以及系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫記性了設(shè)計,在分析設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)上從系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)流程編碼以及運行界面對系統(tǒng)進行實現(xiàn)闡述,最后對系統(tǒng)進行測試,通過測試確定系統(tǒng)能夠滿足企業(yè)績效管理需求并具有較高的穩(wěn)定性,目前系統(tǒng)運行良好,達到開發(fā)的預(yù)期效果,績效管理系統(tǒng)是針對企業(yè)開發(fā)的實用性較強的系統(tǒng),能夠為企業(yè)人力資源管理奠定堅實基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the process of enterprise human resource management, performance management is the most important part. With the development and reform of enterprise modernization, the enterprise human resource management becomes more and more complicated.The evaluation of work efficiency and the means and methods of realizing the system of reward and punishment have become an important link that affects the management of human resources of enterprises, and it also determines the strategic formulation of enterprises.The performance management system developed in this paper is an information system based on internet.The whole development process adopts the object-oriented development method.In the stage of system analysis, the document method and the discussion method are mainly used to obtain the needs of the users, and the requirements model is established by using the unified modeling language (UML) according to the needs of the users.Finally, the module function of the performance management system is defined through model-driven communication with the user. According to the analysis of the performance management system, the design of the overall structure, the design of the system security structure and the design of the system database are carried out in detail.In the process of system implementation, we adopt the structure of B / S, use .NET Framework to develop the system, based on the role access control mechanism, the database choose sqlserver.Through the research and analysis of the theory and practice of performance management at home and abroad, the comparison of performance management system at home and abroad, as well as the research and analysis of company performance management.This paper designs and develops a performance management system based on. Net framework, which includes employee management, department management, performance management and so on. It provides a standardized and scientific performance management service for enterprises.The function of the whole performance management system is designed and developed according to the business analysis of enterprise performance management. The function is perfect and covers all activities of performance management.Enterprise compensation management and performance appraisal management.In this paper, the detailed business analysis of enterprise performance management is carried out, and a brief design is carried out. Then, the system function modules and system database are designed.On the basis of analysis and design, the system is described from the system implementation process coding and running interface. Finally, the system is tested, and the system can meet the requirements of enterprise performance management and has high stability.At present, the system runs well and achieves the expected effect. The performance management system is a practical system for enterprise development, which can lay a solid foundation for enterprise human resource management.
