【摘要】：本文基于創(chuàng)造學(xué)和心理學(xué)的視角,以物理學(xué)領(lǐng)域的194位諾貝爾獲獎?wù)摺?75位中科院院士和291位工程院院士為研究對象,探討原始性創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動因素與創(chuàng)新績效的相關(guān)性。研究表明:良好的成長環(huán)境有利于原創(chuàng)人才的創(chuàng)新人格、創(chuàng)造性思維和創(chuàng)新技法的形成,從而有效提高原始性創(chuàng)新的績效。創(chuàng)新人格對創(chuàng)造性思維具有顯著影響,而創(chuàng)新思維對創(chuàng)新技法具有顯著影響。創(chuàng)造性思維在創(chuàng)新人格和原始性創(chuàng)新績效之間具有部分中介作用,創(chuàng)新技法在創(chuàng)造性思維和原始性創(chuàng)新績效之間具有部分中介作用,而創(chuàng)新人格、創(chuàng)造性思維、創(chuàng)新技法在成長環(huán)境和原始性創(chuàng)新績效之間具有完全中介作用。政策制度環(huán)境正向調(diào)節(jié)創(chuàng)新人格、創(chuàng)造性思維和創(chuàng)新技法對原始性創(chuàng)新績效的影響等。與我國兩院院士相比,諾貝爾獲獎?wù)咴趧?chuàng)造性思維、創(chuàng)新技法等方面存在優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspectives of creativity and psychology, this paper takes 194 Nobel laureates in the field of physics, 375 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and 291 members of the Chinese Academy of Engineering as the research objects to explore the correlation between the driving factors of primitive innovation and the performance of innovation.The research shows that a good growth environment is conducive to the formation of creative personality, creative thinking and innovative techniques of original talents, thus effectively improving the performance of original innovation.Creative personality has a significant impact on creative thinking, and innovative thinking has a significant impact on innovative techniques.Creative thinking plays a part intermediary role between creative personality and original innovation performance, innovation techniques play a part intermediary role between creative thinking and original innovation performance, and creative personality, creative thinking, creative thinking, creative thinking, creative thinking, creative thinking, creative thinking, creative thinking, creative thinking, creative thinking, creative thinking, creative thinking, creative thinking,The innovation technique has the complete intermediary function between the growth environment and the original innovation performance.The policy system environment positively regulates the innovative personality, the influence of creative thinking and innovative techniques on the performance of original innovation.Compared with our academicians, the Nobel laureates have advantages in creative thinking and innovative techniques.
