【摘要】：政府審計(jì)是國家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會運(yùn)行的"免疫系統(tǒng)"。基于2010~2014年審計(jì)署績效報告,在分析我國審計(jì)署績效狀況及美國審計(jì)署績效評價體系的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建包含財(cái)務(wù)層面、審計(jì)人員、審計(jì)客戶、內(nèi)部管理四個維度的我國審計(jì)署績效評價指標(biāo)體系,以期更好地發(fā)揮我國審計(jì)署的國家治理作用,提高審計(jì)署的公信力。
[Abstract]:Government audit is the national economic and social operation of the "immune system."Based on the performance report of Audit Office from 2010 to 2014, on the basis of analyzing the performance situation of Audit Office in China and the performance evaluation system of the United States Audit Office, this paper constructs a system that includes financial aspects, auditors, audit clients, etc.The four dimensions of internal management of the performance evaluation index system of the Audit Office of our country, in order to better play the role of governance of the Audit Office of our country, improve the credibility of the Audit Office.
