【摘要】：本地搜索以保證組織常規(guī)的延續(xù)性和連貫性為前提,通過相鄰知識的搜索和挖掘已成為提升企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的重要手段。本文把追趕進程劃分為追趕早期和追趕晚期,運用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型和多元回歸模型,驗證了能力重構(gòu)在本地搜索與創(chuàng)新績效間的中介作用和追趕階段的調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)果表明:1)本地搜索顯著提升了企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效;2)能力重構(gòu)在本地搜索與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的關(guān)系間發(fā)揮完全中介作用;3)追趕階段顯著調(diào)節(jié)了能力重構(gòu)對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的影響,追趕早期,能力進化對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效有積極影響,能力替代對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效有消極影響;追趕晚期,能力進化對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效有消極影響,能力替代對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效有積極影響。本研究進一步豐富了本地搜索對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新作用機制的研究,同時驗證了能力重構(gòu)在企業(yè)創(chuàng)新中發(fā)揮的重要作用,可為追趕企業(yè)的本地知識搜索和創(chuàng)新實踐提供理論依據(jù)和參考價值。
[Abstract]:The premise of local search is to ensure the continuity and consistency of organization routine. The search and mining of adjacent knowledge has become an important means to improve the innovation performance of enterprises.In this paper, the catch-up process is divided into the early and late catch-up stages. The structural equation model and multivariate regression model are used to verify the intermediary role of ability reconstruction between local search and innovation performance and the regulatory role of catch-up stage.The results show that: (1) Local search significantly improves enterprise innovation performance. (2) capability refactoring plays a full intermediary role in the relationship between local search and enterprise innovation performance. (3) in the catch-up stage, the impact of capability reconfiguration on enterprise innovation performance is significantly adjusted.In the early stage of catching up, the evolution of ability has a positive effect on the innovation performance of the enterprise, while the substitution of ability has a negative effect on the performance of innovation, while in the late stage of catch-up, the evolution of the ability has a negative effect on the performance of innovation.Ability substitution has a positive impact on innovation performance.This study further enriches the research on the mechanism of local search to enterprise innovation, and at the same time validates the important role of ability reconfiguration in enterprise innovation.It can provide theoretical basis and reference value for local knowledge search and innovation practice.
