【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化以及信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)的生存環(huán)境不斷在發(fā)生變化。為了在激烈的競爭中保持優(yōu)勢,越來越多的企業(yè)進(jìn)行大量的信息化投資,這是企業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢和戰(zhàn)略選擇。然而,值得關(guān)注的一個問題是無論國內(nèi)還是國外,企業(yè)的績效并不是那么理想。所以,信息化投資問題一直是眾多學(xué)者關(guān)注的熱點,一些研究認(rèn)為信息化投資能夠提高企業(yè)績效,而另一些研究卻則得出了完全相反的結(jié)論,因此在學(xué)術(shù)界該問題尚未達(dá)成一致的結(jié)論。本文認(rèn)為,企業(yè)在不斷加大對信息化資產(chǎn)投入的基礎(chǔ)上,還要對這些資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行管理和整合(即加入IT治理),降低信息化投資的風(fēng)險,進(jìn)而有助于提高企業(yè)績效。本文以2012-2014年中國上市公司500強(qiáng)為樣本,采用實證研究方法探討信息化投資、IT治理與公司績效之間的關(guān)系�；貧w結(jié)果顯示:(1)在不考慮IT治理水平各因素的影響時,信息化投資強(qiáng)度與公司績效之間的相關(guān)系數(shù)較小,二者之間的作用并不明顯。(2)IT治理與公司績效之間的關(guān)系是顯著正相關(guān)。這一結(jié)果符合本文的研究假設(shè),也與以往的研究結(jié)論相一致。這主要是因為在IT治理的條件下,公司生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營及管理各方面的效率能夠得到提高,其運營成本也可以得到降低,進(jìn)而提高公司治理的水平并帶來公司績效的增加。(3)在IT治理存在的情況下,信息化投資在一定程度上對公司績效具有積極作用,這說明IT治理具有明顯的促進(jìn)作用。研究結(jié)果表明,在信息技術(shù)發(fā)展如此迅速的時代,一個公司如果投入大量的信息化資產(chǎn),須在IT治理的條件下才能得到相應(yīng)的回報。
[Abstract]:With the global economic integration and the rapid development of information technology, the survival environment of enterprises is constantly changing.In order to maintain the advantage in the fierce competition, more and more enterprises carry on the massive information investment, which is the inevitable trend and the strategic choice of the enterprise development.However, it is worth paying attention to whether at home or abroad, the performance of enterprises is not so ideal.Therefore, the issue of information investment has been the focus of attention of many scholars, some studies believe that information investment can improve the performance of enterprises, while others have reached a completely opposite conclusion.Therefore, the academic community has not reached an agreed conclusion on this issue.This paper holds that on the basis of increasing investment in information assets, enterprises should manage and integrate these assets (that is, join in IT governance, reduce the risk of information investment, and then help to improve the performance of enterprises.Taking the top 500 listed companies in China from 2012-2014 as a sample, this paper uses empirical research methods to explore the relationship between IT governance and corporate performance in information investment.The regression results show that the correlation coefficient between IT investment intensity and corporate performance is small, but the relationship between IT governance and corporate performance is significantly positive.This result is consistent with the hypothesis of this paper and the conclusion of previous studies.This is mainly because under the condition of IT governance, the efficiency of the production, management and management of the company can be improved, and its operating cost can also be reduced.Then improve the level of corporate governance and bring an increase in corporate performance. 3) in the presence of IT governance, information investment has a positive effect on corporate performance to a certain extent, which shows that IT governance has an obvious promoting role.The research results show that in the era of rapid development of information technology, if a company invests a large amount of information assets, it must get a corresponding return under the condition of IT governance.
