【摘要】：根據(jù)當前醫(yī)改形勢,提出2017年的醫(yī)改重點和改革路徑:一是推動同類藥品按照藥品通用名制定統(tǒng)一醫(yī)保支付標準,二是探索基于大數(shù)據(jù)的按疾病診斷相關(guān)分組(DRGs)付費,三是在系統(tǒng)比價的基礎(chǔ)上進行醫(yī)療服務(wù)價格調(diào)整,四是提高家庭醫(yī)生簽約率,促進分級診療,五是建立科學的績效考核和醫(yī)生薪酬分配制度。
[Abstract]:According to the current situation of health care reform, this paper puts forward the key points and reform paths of health care reform in 2017: first, to promote the development of uniform medical insurance payment standards for similar drugs in accordance with the generic name of medicines; and second, to explore the payment of DRGsby disease diagnosis related groups based on big data.The third is to adjust the price of medical service on the basis of systematic price comparison, the fourth is to improve the contract rate of family doctors, to promote the classification of diagnosis and treatment, and the fifth is to establish a scientific system of performance appraisal and doctor's salary distribution.
