【摘要】：[目的/意義]研究我國科技創(chuàng)新政策的演進(jìn),對于新時(shí)期更好的理解和把握政策脈絡(luò),提升政策制定的延續(xù)性和科學(xué)性具有積極意義。[方法/過程]以CNKI檢索到的2145篇文獻(xiàn)題錄作為樣本數(shù)據(jù),通過定義"架構(gòu)完善度"和"節(jié)點(diǎn)累積強(qiáng)度"概念,在CITESPACE共詞聚類分析基礎(chǔ)上,繪制我國科技創(chuàng)新政策研究的熱點(diǎn)演進(jìn)圖。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]我國科技政策研究主要推動(dòng)因素是重大科技政策的出臺以及重要外部事件;20世紀(jì)80年代末到90年代末,科技創(chuàng)新政策沒有出現(xiàn)較多明顯的研究領(lǐng)域;當(dāng)前的學(xué)術(shù)研究熱點(diǎn)越來越關(guān)注政策的科學(xué)性、政策的績效以及產(chǎn)業(yè)政策。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] studying the evolution of science and technology innovation policy in China is of positive significance to better understand and grasp the policy context in the new period and to enhance the continuity and scientific nature of policy making.[methods] based on the data of 2145 references retrieved by CNKI, the concepts of "architecture perfection" and "node cumulative strength" were defined, and the CITESPACE coterm clustering analysis was carried out.Draw the hot spot evolution map of our country science and technology innovation policy research.[results / conclusion] the main driving factors of science and technology policy research in China are the introduction of important science and technology policy and the important external events. From the end of 1980s to the end of 1990s, there are not many obvious research fields on science and technology innovation policy.Current academic research focuses more and more on the scientific nature of policy, policy performance and industrial policy.
