【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品的復(fù)雜程度也在不斷加深。由于交易成本的不斷下降,能力要素跨企業(yè)配置的成本也在不斷減少,企業(yè)基因重組通過將具備優(yōu)勢的能力要素跨價(jià)值鏈整合,從而創(chuàng)造出新的價(jià)值產(chǎn)品,這在一定程度上會(huì)有利于模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成,提升企業(yè)的價(jià)值產(chǎn)出。企業(yè)能力要素作為單獨(dú)模塊能夠自由組合優(yōu)化模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)的松散耦合度,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品多樣化,滿足顧客多元化需求。但是,企業(yè)基因重組是如何通過模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響新產(chǎn)品績效?以及模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)的具體衡量維度有哪些?等等都是本文需要探討的問題。首先,本文在研究國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上對企業(yè)基因重組、模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)等相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了綜述,發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)基因?qū)嶋H上是能力要素單元,能力要素的重組在一定程度上能夠促進(jìn)模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成,從而提升新產(chǎn)品績效。但是,現(xiàn)有的研究大多是定性研究,實(shí)證研究相對匱乏。本文采用實(shí)證研究的方法,探討了企業(yè)基因重組能否促進(jìn)模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成,模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)是否可以有效的促進(jìn)新產(chǎn)品績效的提升,以及模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)能否作為中介變量來影響企業(yè)基因重組與模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)系,與此同時(shí)還分析了市場競爭強(qiáng)度在模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)與新產(chǎn)品績效二者關(guān)系中的調(diào)節(jié)作用。依據(jù)現(xiàn)有的研究現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建了本文的概念模型,進(jìn)而提出了相關(guān)的研究假設(shè)。其次,本文針對相關(guān)變量進(jìn)行了問卷設(shè)計(jì),并在河南省內(nèi)100家制造業(yè)和省外60家制造業(yè)進(jìn)行問卷發(fā)放和回收,通過SPSS21.0對樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,其次對統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行討論,最后進(jìn)行假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)。本文得出的主要結(jié)論如下:1.本文提出的概念模型成立;2.企業(yè)基因重組與模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系;3.企業(yè)基因重組與新產(chǎn)品績效之間存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系;4.模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)與新產(chǎn)品績效之間存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系;5.企業(yè)基因重組能夠通過模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)這一間接途徑影響新產(chǎn)品績效;6.市場競爭強(qiáng)度對模塊化制造網(wǎng)絡(luò)與新產(chǎn)品績效的關(guān)系有調(diào)節(jié)作用。最后,針對本文的研究提出了本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和研究不足之處,同時(shí)對未來的研究方向提供了一些參考性建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information technology, the complexity of products is also deepening.As transaction costs continue to decline, the cost of cross-enterprise allocation of competency elements is also decreasing. Enterprise genetic reengineering creates new value products by integrating capability elements with advantages across value chains.To a certain extent, this will be conducive to the formation of modular manufacturing networks and enhance the value output of enterprises.As a single module, enterprise capability elements can freely combine to optimize the loose coupling degree of modular manufacturing network, realize product diversification, and meet the diversified needs of customers.However, how does corporate genetic reengineering affect the performance of new products through modular manufacturing networks?And what are the specific dimensions of modular manufacturing networks?And so on is the question which this article needs to discuss.First of all, based on the research of domestic and foreign literature, this paper summarizes the related theories of enterprise gene recombination, modular manufacturing network and so on, and finds that enterprise gene is actually a capability element unit.To a certain extent, the reorganization of capability factors can promote the formation of modular manufacturing networks and improve the performance of new products.However, most of the existing research is qualitative, empirical research is relatively scarce.In this paper, the empirical research method is used to explore whether gene recombination can promote the formation of modular manufacturing network, and whether modular manufacturing network can effectively promote the performance of new products.And whether the modularized manufacturing network can act as an intermediary variable to influence the relationship between the enterprise gene recombination and the modular manufacturing network. At the same time, it also analyzes the regulatory role of the market competition intensity in the relationship between the modular manufacturing network and the performance of the new product.According to the present research situation, the conceptual model of this paper is constructed, and the relevant research hypotheses are put forward.Secondly, this paper designed the questionnaire for the related variables, and issued and recovered the questionnaire in 100 manufacturing industries in Henan Province and 60 manufacturing industries outside the province, then analyzed the sample data by SPSS21.0, and then discussed the results of the statistical analysis.Finally, the hypothesis test is carried out.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.The conceptual model proposed in this paper is established.There is a positive correlation between gene recombination and modular manufacturing network.There is a positive correlation between enterprise gene recombination and new product performance.There is a positive correlation between modular manufacturing network and new product performance.Enterprise genetic recombination can affect the performance of new products by modularized manufacturing network.Market competition intensity regulates the relationship between modular manufacturing networks and new product performance.Finally, this paper puts forward the innovation and deficiency of this paper, and provides some reference suggestions for the future research direction.
