基于J2EE技術(shù)的銀行客戶經(jīng)理績效考核管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟全球化進程的加快,國內(nèi)的銀行將面臨著全球經(jīng)濟的影響和沖擊。而國內(nèi)銀行業(yè)人才的流失尤其是對銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展有著重要作用的客戶經(jīng)理的流失將是銀行業(yè)發(fā)展的嚴重威脅。如何進行有效的客戶經(jīng)理績效考核是對客戶經(jīng)理進行公平評價的重要手段,基于信息化的銀行業(yè)客戶經(jīng)理績效考核的要求也越來越迫切。本文以城市商業(yè)銀行的客戶經(jīng)理考核工作為基礎(chǔ),對銀行客戶經(jīng)理績效考核的需求進行分析。闡述了客戶經(jīng)理績效考核的幾個業(yè)務(wù)范圍,包括對公績效考核業(yè)務(wù),零售績效考核業(yè)務(wù)以及客戶管理業(yè)務(wù),并形成了系統(tǒng)的功能需求。在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用J2EE技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),從系統(tǒng)技術(shù)架構(gòu)、功能模塊劃分、系統(tǒng)接口以及系統(tǒng)安全等幾個方面對銀行績效考核系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計進行了詳細的論述。同時,基于多部門多業(yè)務(wù)考核的特點,著重說明了系統(tǒng)界面導(dǎo)航、單點登錄、統(tǒng)一權(quán)限、賬戶認定等功能模塊的具體實現(xiàn)。經(jīng)過在幾個城市商業(yè)銀行的試運行,該系統(tǒng)能夠很好的完成客戶經(jīng)理績效考核工作,對公考核子系統(tǒng)、零售考核子系統(tǒng)、客戶管理子系統(tǒng)、平臺管理子系統(tǒng)等各項功能行穩(wěn)定,性能指標良好,達到了預(yù)定的目標。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of China's economic globalization process, domestic banks will face the impact and impact of the global economy.However, the loss of domestic banking talents, especially the loss of account managers, which plays an important role in the development of banking business, will be a serious threat to the development of the banking industry.How to carry on the effective customer manager performance appraisal is an important means to carry on the fair appraisal to the customer manager, and the request of the bank customer manager performance appraisal based on the information technology is more and more urgent.Based on the evaluation of customer manager in city commercial bank, this paper analyzes the demand of customer manager performance evaluation.This paper expounds several business areas of customer manager performance appraisal, including public performance appraisal, retail performance appraisal and customer management, and forms the functional requirements of the system.On the basis of requirement analysis, using J2EE technology and database technology, the design of bank performance appraisal system is discussed in detail from several aspects, such as system technical structure, function module partition, system interface and system security.At the same time, based on the characteristics of multi-department and multi-service assessment, the realization of system interface navigation, single sign-on, unified authority, account identification and other functional modules are emphasized.After the trial operation in several city commercial banks, the system can complete the performance appraisal work of the customer manager very well, and stabilize the public appraisal subsystem, the retail examination subsystem, the customer management subsystem, the platform management subsystem and so on.The performance index is good and the target is reached.
