【摘要】：利用廣東省2492戶農(nóng)戶調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),分析了農(nóng)地產(chǎn)權(quán)和要素配置對(duì)家庭農(nóng)業(yè)收入的影響。研究表明:在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)不變的前提下,農(nóng)地和農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力規(guī)模的增加會(huì)提高家庭農(nóng)業(yè)收入;農(nóng)地使用權(quán)通過(guò)優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)而提高了農(nóng)地規(guī)模對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)收入規(guī)模的正向激勵(lì),但使用權(quán)的完善也會(huì)激勵(lì)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)移,從而抑制了農(nóng)地規(guī)模和農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力規(guī)模對(duì)家庭農(nóng)業(yè)收入占比的激勵(lì)效果;農(nóng)地處分權(quán)通過(guò)賦予農(nóng)戶處置農(nóng)地和勞動(dòng)力的權(quán)能,分別提高和降低了農(nóng)地和農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力規(guī)模對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)收入的正向激勵(lì)。最后,對(duì)農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)和勞動(dòng)力配置行為的分析也發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)地產(chǎn)權(quán)通過(guò)賦予主體決策自由,從而提高了轉(zhuǎn)入農(nóng)地從事農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)農(nóng)戶的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效和農(nóng)業(yè)收入。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 2492 peasant households in Guangdong Province, this paper analyzes the influence of farmland property right and factor allocation on household agricultural income. The increase in the scale of agricultural land and agricultural labor increases household agricultural income; the right to use agricultural land increases the positive incentive to the scale of agricultural income by optimizing the structure of agricultural production. But the consummation of the right of use will also stimulate the transfer of rural labor force, which will restrain the incentive effect of the scale of farmland and the scale of agricultural labor to the proportion of family agricultural income, and the right of disposition of farmland will empower farmers to dispose of farmland and labor force. It increases and reduces the positive incentive of agricultural land and the scale of agricultural labor to agricultural income respectively. Finally, the analysis of the behavior of farmland transfer and labor allocation also finds that the property right of farmland is free to make decisions by giving the main body the right to make decisions. Thus, it improves the management performance and agricultural income of farmers engaged in agricultural production.
