基于環(huán)境動態(tài)性和組織冗余交互調(diào)節(jié)的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新對新產(chǎn)品績效的影響

【摘要】:當(dāng)今全球經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,商業(yè)競爭愈演愈烈,科學(xué)技術(shù)日新月異的21世紀(jì),創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為時代發(fā)展的重要動力和科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的重要源泉,同時成為了現(xiàn)代商業(yè)競爭博弈的重要特點。如果企業(yè)希望在當(dāng)今激烈的市場競爭中處于市場的優(yōu)勢地位,就要時刻保持產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,進(jìn)而提升企業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品績效。在研究方法上,本篇論文將定性研究和定量研究相結(jié)合。在定性研究中,作者首先查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)目前學(xué)術(shù)界有關(guān)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和新產(chǎn)品績效的關(guān)系研究不夠深入,有關(guān)環(huán)境動態(tài)性和組織冗余對產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和新產(chǎn)品績效之間關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用的研究還有待完善。為此,本文構(gòu)建了一個研究模型,這個模型包含產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、環(huán)境動態(tài)性、組織冗余、新產(chǎn)品績效四個變量,并且在文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上提出本文的假設(shè)。在定量研究中,本文采用AMOS18.0對調(diào)研的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行驗證性因素分析,并且使用SPSS16.0對量表進(jìn)行信度以及效度的檢驗,然后對變量進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析來檢驗變量間的相關(guān)性,最后進(jìn)行層級回歸分析考察產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和環(huán)境動態(tài)性的二維交互效應(yīng)對新產(chǎn)品績效有什么影響,以及產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、環(huán)境動態(tài)性和組織冗余的三維交互效應(yīng)對企業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品績效有何影響。本文的研究結(jié)果表明:企業(yè)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新有利于企業(yè)新產(chǎn)品績效的提升;產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新與環(huán)境動態(tài)性的二維交互效應(yīng)對產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和新產(chǎn)品績效的關(guān)系有著正向調(diào)節(jié)作用;產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)品環(huán)境動態(tài)性和組織冗余三維交互效應(yīng)對新產(chǎn)品績效有顯著負(fù)向影響。本文的三維交互效應(yīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn):當(dāng)企業(yè)的外部環(huán)境動態(tài)性較低并且組織冗余水平也比較低的情境下,企業(yè)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新并不利于新產(chǎn)品績效的提升。而在其他的情境下,企業(yè)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新對新產(chǎn)品績效的提升都是有利的。本文通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在大多數(shù)的情境下,企業(yè)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新是可以提升企業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品績效的,但是在企業(yè)組織冗余較少并且企業(yè)的環(huán)境動態(tài)性也低的情境下,這時,企業(yè)若是投入很多的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新其實對企業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品績效并不會產(chǎn)生好處,甚至?xí)鹭?fù)作用。本文研究的不足之處在于抽樣較少,調(diào)查問卷可能存在一定的主觀性,具有一定的局限性。接下來的研究方向是擴(kuò)大調(diào)查范圍并結(jié)合案例研究。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the global economy, business competition, twenty-first Century science and technology change rapidly, innovation has become an important source of power and the progress of science and technology of the development of the times, and has become an important feature of modern business competition. If enterprises want to in the market dominant position in the fierce competition in the market, to keep the product innovation, and enhance the enterprise's new product performance. In research methods, this paper qualitative research and quantitative research. In the qualitative research, the author first referring to the relevant literature, the result indicates that the relationship between the academic circles about product innovation and new product performance is not deep enough, the research on environmental regulation dynamic and organizational slack on the relationship between product innovation and new product performance is to be perfected. Therefore, this paper constructs a A study on the model, this model includes product innovation, dynamic environment, organizational slack, new product performance four variables, and put forward the hypothesis on the basis of the literature review. In the quantitative research, this paper adopts AMOS18.0 confirmatory factor analysis of survey data, and use SPSS16.0 to test the reliability and validity of scale, then the variable correlation analysis to test the correlation between variables, the hierarchical regression analysis of two-dimensional interactive investigation of effects of product innovation and dynamic environment has what influence on the performance of new products, and product innovation, what is the effect of 3D interactive effect of dynamic environment and organizational redundancy of new products to the performance of the enterprise. The results of this study show that: enterprise product innovation can help enterprises to improve new products performance; two-dimensional interactive effect of product innovation and environmental dynamism On the relationship between product innovation and new product performance has a positive moderating effect; product innovation, product dynamic environment and organizational redundancy of 3D interactive effects on new product performance has a significant negative effect. The effect of the interactive 3D found: when the redundancy level dynamics of the external business environment is relatively low and relatively low organization situation next, the enterprise product innovation is not conducive to improving the performance of new products. In other situations, the enterprise product innovation on new product performance is favorable. The study found that in most situations, the enterprise product innovation is to enhance the enterprise's new product performance, but in the enterprise the organization and less redundant dynamic environment of enterprises is also low situation, at this time, if the investment enterprise product innovation for enterprises in a lot of new product performance and does not produce Advantages will even play a negative role. The deficiency of this study is that fewer samples are available. The questionnaire may be subjective and has some limitations. The next research direction is to expand the scope of the survey and combine with case studies.
