【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國未來經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),探究其商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理協(xié)同耦合問題有助于實現(xiàn)科學(xué)發(fā)展。文章分析戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理"非耦合"的現(xiàn)狀及原因,以問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為研究基礎(chǔ),運用回歸分析與結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析,探討商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新、網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理與協(xié)同耦合績效三者間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新對網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理與協(xié)同耦合績效均有正向影響,正式網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機制與非正式網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機制對協(xié)同耦合績效均有正向影響,特別地,正式網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機制對協(xié)同耦合績效的正向影響有限。結(jié)合實證分析結(jié)果,提出戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需要關(guān)注政府、市場和企業(yè)三個方面:政府等管理者制定具體政策,引導(dǎo)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理有序開展;市場提供商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理所需的配套設(shè)施及服務(wù),提高二者實施的成功率;企業(yè)主動樹立合作共贏理念,積極開展與網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)其他組織的交流交互。
[Abstract]:Strategic emerging industries are the pillar industries of our country's future economy. It is helpful to realize the scientific development by exploring the synergy of business model innovation and network governance. This paper analyzes the present situation and reasons of the innovation of strategic emerging industry business model and network governance, and takes the questionnaire survey data as the research basis. The relationship among business model innovation, network governance and collaborative coupling performance is discussed by means of regression analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results show that business model innovation has a positive effect on both network governance and collaborative coupling performance. The formal network governance mechanism and the informal network governance mechanism have positive influence on the synergetic coupling performance, especially, the formal network governance mechanism has limited positive influence on the collaborative coupling performance. The paper points out that the development of strategic emerging industries needs to pay attention to three aspects: government, market and enterprise: the government and other managers make specific policies to guide the innovation of business model and the orderly development of network governance; The market provides the necessary facilities and services for business model innovation and network governance to improve the success rate of the implementation of the two. Enterprises take the initiative to establish the concept of win-win cooperation and actively develop exchanges and interactions with other organizations in the network.
