【摘要】："微課"作為一種數(shù)字化學(xué)習(xí)資源,承載著優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源共建共享功能,也承擔(dān)著推進(jìn)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展的重要使命,"微課"學(xué)習(xí)資源的應(yīng)用績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)已成為推進(jìn)教育均衡發(fā)展與改革的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一。為了提高微課學(xué)習(xí)資源質(zhì)量,推進(jìn)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展,該文在教育均衡發(fā)展視角下,以績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)理論為指導(dǎo),以北京基礎(chǔ)教育的"微課"為研究對(duì)象,構(gòu)建了微課學(xué)習(xí)資源應(yīng)用與績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)模型,該模型主要包括均衡教育發(fā)展理念與價(jià)值、微課學(xué)習(xí)資源應(yīng)用和微課學(xué)習(xí)資源應(yīng)用績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)三方面內(nèi)容,微課學(xué)習(xí)資源應(yīng)用績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)又包括過(guò)程績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)和結(jié)果績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià),并且綜合采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、驗(yàn)證性因素分析等方法進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,結(jié)果表明:過(guò)程績(jī)效和結(jié)果績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的問(wèn)卷信效度以及兩者的總體水平均較高,兩者在區(qū)際和年級(jí)間都存在顯著性差異,基于此,提出了通過(guò)完善高水平公共服務(wù)體系、提供均衡發(fā)展需求的數(shù)字化資源和建立常態(tài)化的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制而提高績(jī)效的建議。
[Abstract]:As a kind of digital learning resource, "Microcourse" carries the function of building and sharing high-quality educational resources. It also undertakes the important mission of promoting the balanced development of compulsory education. The performance evaluation of the application of "micro-class" learning resources has become one of the hot issues in promoting the balanced development and reform of education. In order to promote the balanced development of compulsory education, under the perspective of balanced development of education, this paper, guided by the theory of performance evaluation and taking the "micro-class" of basic education in Beijing as the research object, constructs a model of the application and performance evaluation of micro-lesson learning resources. The model mainly includes the idea and value of balanced education development, the application of micro-lesson learning resources and the performance evaluation of micro-lesson learning resources. The performance evaluation of micro-lesson learning resources application includes process performance evaluation and result performance evaluation. The results show that the reliability and validity of process performance and result performance evaluation are both high. There are significant differences between the two regions and grades. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance by perfecting the high-level public service system, providing digital resources with balanced development needs and establishing a regular performance evaluation mechanism.
