【摘要】:【目的】探討協(xié)同創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下知識型團(tuán)隊(duì)的交互對團(tuán)隊(duì)績效的影響!痉椒ā坎捎枚嘀悄荏w建模仿真方法,從知識管理微觀層面構(gòu)建知識供需系統(tǒng),將時(shí)間成本和資金成本作為工作績效的評價(jià)指標(biāo),基于Python Network X實(shí)現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)!窘Y(jié)果】大規(guī)模的組織在降低創(chuàng)新成本上比小規(guī)模的組織有優(yōu)勢;無標(biāo)度結(jié)構(gòu)的組織完成任務(wù)耗時(shí)長并且成本高;組織中個(gè)體的連接鄰域數(shù)增加并沒有單調(diào)地提升組織的創(chuàng)新效率,當(dāng)平均領(lǐng)域數(shù)超過某個(gè)閾值后創(chuàng)新成本開始增加!揪窒蕖课纯紤]人與人之間的互動在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中的優(yōu)化設(shè)置!窘Y(jié)論】基于多智能體建模的知識供需系統(tǒng)從微觀層面對知識型團(tuán)隊(duì)的知識整合過程進(jìn)行模擬,有助于認(rèn)識團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部知識的管理,為組織提升知識利用效率,降低創(chuàng)新成本提供新的視角。
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the effect of knowledge team interaction on team performance in collaborative innovation environment. [methods] A knowledge supply and demand system was constructed from the micro level of knowledge management by using multi-agent modeling and simulation method. Time cost and capital cost are taken as the evaluation index of work performance, and the system is implemented based on Python Network X. [results] large scale organizations have advantages over small scale organizations in reducing innovation cost; The scale-free organization takes a long time to complete the task and the cost is high; the increase in the number of connecting neighbors of the individual in the organization does not monotonously improve the innovation efficiency of the organization. The cost of innovation begins to increase when the average number of domains exceeds a certain threshold. [limitation] the optimization of interaction between people in collaborative innovation is not considered. [conclusion] the knowledge supply and demand system based on multi-agent modeling starts from the micro level. In the face of knowledge team knowledge integration process simulation, It helps to understand the management of knowledge within the team, and provides a new perspective for the organization to improve the efficiency of knowledge utilization and reduce the cost of innovation.
