【摘要】：人力資源柔性有助于企業(yè)獲得良好績效和持續(xù)競爭力,是戰(zhàn)略柔性研究領(lǐng)域的前沿議題之一。文章從人力資源柔性的概念內(nèi)涵、維度與測量、作用模式以及研究視角等方面對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究文獻進行述評,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了未來研究展望。
[Abstract]:Human resource flexibility is one of the frontier issues in the research field of strategic flexibility, which helps enterprises to obtain good performance and sustainable competitiveness. On the basis of the review of the related research literature at home and abroad, the future research prospect is put forward.
