【摘要】：從女性董事的職能、女性董事與企業(yè)績效、女性董事與企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略行為三個(gè)方面梳理了女性董事國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):國內(nèi)外學(xué)者重點(diǎn)分析并實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了女性董事對企業(yè)績效的影響,而較少關(guān)注并考察其對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略行為的影響;以往研究還重點(diǎn)關(guān)注并檢驗(yàn)了女性董事與企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)績效二者之間的直接關(guān)系,但卻忽略了考察女性董事為什么以及怎樣影響企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)績效的作用機(jī)制,這也是導(dǎo)致目前尚未得出一致性研究結(jié)論的重要原因;此外,中國情境下的女性董事影響企業(yè)的作用機(jī)制需要展開深入分析和考察,因?yàn)橐酝嚓P(guān)研究主要是基于美國等西方國家企業(yè)展開的,對中國等新興市場國家上市公司的關(guān)注較少,未來有待進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建中國情境下女性董事對企業(yè)影響機(jī)制的理論框架體系。
[Abstract]:From the functions of female directors, female directors and corporate performance, The research finds that: domestic and foreign scholars focus on the analysis and empirical test of the impact of female directors on corporate performance. However, less attention has been paid to the impact on corporate strategic behavior. Previous studies have also focused on the direct relationship between female directors and corporate financial performance. However, it neglects to examine why and how women directors affect the financial performance of enterprises, which is also the important reason that has not yet reached the conclusion of consistency research. Under the situation of China, the mechanism of female directors' influence on enterprises needs to be deeply analyzed and investigated, because the previous research is mainly based on the western enterprises such as the United States, and less attention has been paid to the listed companies in China and other emerging market countries. In the future, we need to further construct the theoretical framework of the influence mechanism of female directors on enterprises in the context of China.
