【摘要】：[目的/意義]數(shù)字化的出現(xiàn),給整個(gè)圖書(shū)館行業(yè)帶來(lái)了巨大沖擊和挑戰(zhàn)。科學(xué)開(kāi)展紙質(zhì)館藏管理工作,對(duì)于館藏資源結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、特色資源挖掘、電子圖書(shū)建設(shè)、圖書(shū)經(jīng)費(fèi)的節(jié)省起著關(guān)鍵作用。我國(guó)圖書(shū)館正經(jīng)歷資源重組的變革,借鑒國(guó)外圖書(shū)館管理工作中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與做法,有助于推動(dòng)我國(guó)圖書(shū)館紙質(zhì)館藏的管理。[方法/過(guò)程]通過(guò)梳理OCLC官網(wǎng)信息及紙質(zhì)館藏可持續(xù)收集服務(wù)(SCS)具體服務(wù)案例,從基本概況、服務(wù)要素、服務(wù)流程等方面對(duì)SCS進(jìn)行分析性介紹。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]SCS借助Green Glass軟件,通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)建模和數(shù)據(jù)可視化分析等手段,利用數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)管理紙質(zhì)館藏,可以為圖書(shū)館用戶提供更加完善的紙質(zhì)館藏解決方案,指出紙質(zhì)館藏現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。其在數(shù)據(jù)采集及數(shù)據(jù)分析方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可在服務(wù)流程、管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、軟件開(kāi)發(fā)等方面,為我國(guó)圖書(shū)館紙質(zhì)館藏管理工作提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:The appearance of digitalization has brought great impact and challenge to the whole library industry. Scientific development of paper collection management can adjust the structure of collection resources, excavate characteristic resources, and construct electronic books. The saving of library funds plays a key role. Our libraries are undergoing the reform of resource reorganization, and draw lessons from the experience and practice in the management of foreign libraries. It is helpful to promote the management of paper collections in Chinese libraries. [methods / process] by combing the specific service cases of OCLC official website information and sustainable collection service of paper collections, this paper discusses the basic situation and service elements. SCS is analyzed in terms of service flow. [result / conclusion] SCS uses Green Glass software, data modeling and data visualization analysis to manage paper collections by data driven management. It can provide a more perfect solution for library users, and point out the present situation and development trend of paper collection. Its experience in data collection and data analysis can be in the aspects of service flow, management standard, software development, etc. It provides a useful reference for the management of paper collection in Chinese library.
