【摘要】:服務(wù)創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為制造企業(yè)獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的一種有效戰(zhàn)略,但現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下制造企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的影響機(jī)理還缺乏深入探討。鑒于此,本文基于動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論視角,選取247家中國(guó)制造企業(yè)為樣本,對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)環(huán)境下制造企業(yè)漸進(jìn)式和突破式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的影響關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。研究結(jié)果表明:兩類服務(wù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的市場(chǎng)績(jī)效和財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效這兩個(gè)維度均具有直接正向影響;市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)性越高,相比突破式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略而言,制造企業(yè)漸進(jìn)式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略更有助于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)(企業(yè)相對(duì)市場(chǎng)績(jī)效和財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效)提升。競(jìng)爭(zhēng)強(qiáng)度越大,相比漸進(jìn)式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略而言,制造企業(yè)突破式服務(wù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略越有助于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)(企業(yè)相對(duì)市場(chǎng)績(jī)效和財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效)提升。本研究結(jié)論對(duì)于現(xiàn)存文獻(xiàn)有著重要的理論貢獻(xiàn),對(duì)于動(dòng)態(tài)環(huán)境中的中國(guó)制造企業(yè)服務(wù)化有著直接和引申的管理啟示。
[Abstract]:Service innovation has become an effective strategy for manufacturing enterprises to gain competitive advantage. However, the existing literature has not deeply discussed the influence mechanism of service innovation strategy on competitive advantage in dynamic competitive environment. Based on the theory of dynamic capability, 247 Chinese manufacturing enterprises are selected as samples. This paper makes an empirical study on the influence of progressive and breakthrough service innovation strategies of manufacturing enterprises on competitive advantage in dynamic environment. The results show that the two types of service innovation strategies affect the market performance and financial performance of competitive advantage. Both dimensions have direct positive effects; The more dynamic the market, the more competitive advantage (relative market performance and financial performance) of manufacturing enterprises, compared with the breakthrough service innovation strategy, the greater the competition intensity. Compared with the incremental service innovation strategy, the breakthrough service innovation strategy of manufacturing enterprises is more conducive to the improvement of competitive advantage (relative market performance and financial performance of enterprises). It has direct and extended management enlightenment for Chinese manufacturing enterprises in dynamic environment.
