【摘要】：績(jī)效考核是企業(yè)績(jī)效管理中的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),是指考核主體對(duì)照工作目標(biāo)和績(jī)效標(biāo)準(zhǔn),采用科學(xué)的考核方式,評(píng)定員工的工作任務(wù)完成情況、員工的工作職責(zé)履行程度和員工的發(fā)展情況,并且將評(píng)定結(jié)果反饋給員工的過程。交通銀行四川省分行作為交通銀行省直分行之一,將國(guó)際主流的績(jī)效管理工具和自身緊密結(jié)合,經(jīng)過二十八年的積極探索,逐步建立起了一套科學(xué)、高效的績(jī)效考核體系。但隨著宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的變化、利率市場(chǎng)化的推進(jìn)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對(duì)傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)商業(yè)模式的沖擊,商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念已經(jīng)變化,經(jīng)營(yíng)模式正在從傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)務(wù)向投資銀行、財(cái)富管理加速轉(zhuǎn)變。原有的交通銀行四川省分行的績(jī)效考核體系出現(xiàn)了一些問題,在一定程度上影響了員工的工作積極性和工作效率,不能適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的快速變化。因此,本文希望通過對(duì)交通銀行四川分行績(jī)效考核體系進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)總結(jié),找出其中存在的問題,并對(duì)問題進(jìn)行成因分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)原有的績(jī)效考核體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),提出優(yōu)化方案。本文以績(jī)效考核相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),首先對(duì)商業(yè)銀行績(jī)效考核的主要方法和模式進(jìn)行探討,其次,客觀闡述了交通銀行四川省分行的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)其績(jī)效考核體系的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合理論和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的實(shí)際需要,對(duì)交通銀行四川省分行的績(jī)效考核體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。最后,為保障績(jī)效考核優(yōu)化方案的有效實(shí)施,提出了若干建議和保障措施。
[Abstract]:Performance appraisal is a link in enterprise performance management. It refers to the main body of the appraisal to compare the work target and the performance standard, adopt the scientific appraisal method, assess the work task of the staff to complete the situation, The degree of performance of the employee's job responsibilities and the employee's development, and feedback of the evaluation results to the employee's process. The Sichuan Branch of the Bank of Communications is one of the provincial branches of the Bank of Communications, Combining the international mainstream performance management tools with itself, and after 28 years of active exploration, a scientific and efficient performance appraisal system has been gradually established. However, with the change of macro economy, With the promotion of interest rate marketization and the impact of Internet finance on the traditional banking business model, the business philosophy of commercial banks has changed, and the business model is changing from traditional banking business to investment banking. The change of wealth management is accelerating. There are some problems in the performance appraisal system of Sichuan Branch of Bank of Communications, which to some extent affect the enthusiasm and efficiency of the employees, and can not adapt to the rapid changes of the market. This paper hopes to systematically summarize the performance appraisal system of Sichuan Branch of Bank of Communications, find out the existing problems, and analyze the causes of the problems, and on this basis, optimize the design of the original performance appraisal system. Based on the theory of performance appraisal, this paper first discusses the main methods and models of performance appraisal of commercial banks, secondly, objectively expounds the actual situation of Sichuan Branch of Bank of Communications. This paper analyzes the present situation of the performance appraisal system and designs the performance appraisal system of Sichuan Branch of Bank of Communications in order to ensure the effective implementation of the performance appraisal optimization scheme. Some suggestions and safeguards are put forward.
