【摘要】：通過對(duì)協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的需求分析與開發(fā)技術(shù)的調(diào)研,采用B/S架構(gòu),結(jié)合JAVA語言,利用ORACLE數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了本系統(tǒng)。本文進(jìn)行了以下主要工作:(1)本文首先介紹了系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的背景與意義,充分闡述了某單位機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的必要性;分析協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)國內(nèi)外的主要研究現(xiàn)狀,論述系統(tǒng)建設(shè)將采用的主要技術(shù)情況,為系統(tǒng)的最終實(shí)現(xiàn)打下知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備。(2)論文在需求分析部分,從系統(tǒng)的非功能性需求與功能性需求兩個(gè)角度進(jìn)行了論述。結(jié)合某單位機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際需要,對(duì)通訊錄管理、短信發(fā)送、公文檢索、郵箱管理與發(fā)送和電子流程審批(流程的發(fā)起與審批)等重點(diǎn)模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的用例分析。(3)論文在設(shè)計(jì)章節(jié),從系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、UML時(shí)序圖等設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)等幾個(gè)方面描述了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)情況,隨后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn)與搭建。(4)為了驗(yàn)證本系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,研究系統(tǒng)測(cè)試的相關(guān)技術(shù)、測(cè)試方法及測(cè)試工具,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的系統(tǒng)測(cè)試;系統(tǒng)實(shí)際上線運(yùn)行后,利用實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)某單位機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的最終實(shí)施績(jī)效情況進(jìn)行了描述與評(píng)價(jià)。單位機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),省略掉眾多因溝通所產(chǎn)生的中間環(huán)節(jié),進(jìn)而大大提升了業(yè)務(wù)開展的效率,節(jié)約了大量的人力物力,增強(qiáng)了單位機(jī)構(gòu)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,具有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Through the research on the requirement analysis and development technology of the cooperative office system, the paper uses the B / S structure, the JAVA language, and the ORACLE data to realize the system. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) this paper first introduces the background and significance of the system construction. This paper fully expounds the necessity of the construction of cooperative office system in a certain unit, analyzes the main research situation of cooperative office system at home and abroad, and discusses the main technical situation that will be adopted in the construction of the system. In the part of requirement analysis, this paper discusses the non-functional requirements and functional requirements of the system. Combined with the actual needs of the cooperative office system of a certain unit, it manages the address book. The key modules, such as short message sending, document retrieval, mailbox management and sending, and electronic process approval (process initiation and approval), have carried out detailed use case analysis. In order to verify the stability of the system, the paper studies the relevant technology, test methods and testing tools of the system, in order to verify the stability of the system, the design of the system is described in several aspects, such as database design and so on. The system is tested in detail, and the actual data is used to describe and evaluate the performance of the cooperative office system. Omitting many intermediate links caused by communication, thus greatly improving the efficiency of business development, saving a lot of manpower and material resources, enhancing the competitiveness of units, has a strong practical significance.
