【摘要】:目前,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)正處于快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,這對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu),造成了極大的沖擊和影響。社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)型的改變,讓我們?cè)谖镔|(zhì)生活上愈來(lái)愈富裕,但是在精神、心理感受上卻越來(lái)越不快樂(lè),越來(lái)越多的人都感受不到物質(zhì)生活提高后帶來(lái)的滿(mǎn)足、快樂(lè),越來(lái)越多的人出現(xiàn)抑郁癥狀。在許多企業(yè)中,企業(yè)管理者和普通員工情緒都不高,身體處于亞健康狀態(tài),而心理健康情況更令人擔(dān)憂(yōu)。產(chǎn)生這種現(xiàn)象最大的原因是來(lái)自工作和職場(chǎng)中人際關(guān)系的壓力,生活節(jié)奏的加快導(dǎo)致缺乏幸福感受。在企業(yè)發(fā)展管理中,員工援助計(jì)劃(Employee Assistance Program,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)EAP)可以指導(dǎo)企業(yè)管理層及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)員工存在的心理問(wèn)題、交往過(guò)程中的人際關(guān)系障礙問(wèn)題等,并依據(jù)不同人員具體情況提供解決方案,降低因這些問(wèn)題而產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提升企業(yè)管理效能,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)與員工共贏。黑龍江X保險(xiǎn)公司自2013年下半年起,利用開(kāi)展問(wèn)卷調(diào)查活動(dòng),了解員工隊(duì)伍目前心理狀態(tài)。通過(guò)分析,公司員工心理壓力占比較大,工會(huì)建議與外部專(zhuān)業(yè)心理咨詢(xún)公司合作,引進(jìn)EAP項(xiàng)目,針對(duì)性的解決公司目前面臨的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)今后可能發(fā)生的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行積極預(yù)防。本論文論述了目前國(guó)內(nèi)保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)從業(yè)員工面臨的壓力現(xiàn)狀,并從企業(yè)發(fā)展的管理需求以及員工個(gè)人心理健康需求的兩個(gè)角度出發(fā),系統(tǒng)描述EAP項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展的重要意義及實(shí)施的具體流程。以黑龍江X保險(xiǎn)公司EAP項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)過(guò)程中所取得的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、信息、對(duì)策性方案案例為基礎(chǔ),描述了EAP項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃推進(jìn)的過(guò)程和實(shí)施反饋情況和存在的不足,并根據(jù)不足提出對(duì)策及保障措施。通過(guò)不同類(lèi)型的數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)改善,證明EAP可作為各類(lèi)企業(yè)新型人力資源管理的一種拓展思路,可很大程度地釋放員工壓力、緩解員工焦慮心態(tài),提高員工的忠誠(chéng)度,增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的凝聚力和向心力,提高企業(yè)員工的工作水平,提升員工的工作績(jī)效,改善企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,使企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)更容易,可為各行各業(yè)的EAP推廣工作提供依據(jù)與借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, the Chinese economy is in a period of rapid development, which has caused great impact and influence on the traditional social structure of China. The transformation of the social and economic system has made us more and more affluent in material life, but in the spirit, More and more people feel less and less satisfied, happy, more and more people have depression symptoms. In many enterprises, the mood of business managers and ordinary employees is not high. The biggest cause for this phenomenon is the pressure of interpersonal relationships at work and in the workplace, and the quickening pace of life leads to a lack of happiness. Employee Assistance Program (EAPs) can guide the management of enterprises to find out the psychological problems of employees, the problems of interpersonal relationship barriers and so on, and provide solutions according to the specific situation of different people. To reduce the risks caused by these problems, to enhance the efficiency of enterprise management, and to achieve a win-win situation between the enterprise and its employees. Since 2013, Heilongjiang X Insurance Company has been conducting a questionnaire survey. Understand the current psychological state of the staff. Through analysis, the company staff psychological pressure is relatively large, the trade union suggested to cooperate with the outside professional psychological consulting company, introduce EAP project, and solve the problems that the company is facing at present. This paper discusses the current situation of pressure faced by employees in domestic insurance enterprises, and starts from the management needs of enterprise development and the needs of individual mental health of employees. This paper systematically describes the significance of EAP project and the concrete process of its implementation. It is based on the basic data, information and case study of EAP project carried out by Heilongjiang X Insurance Company. This paper describes the process of EAP project planning and implementation feedback and shortcomings, and puts forward countermeasures and protection measures according to the shortcomings, which can be improved by different types of data indicators. It is proved that EAP can be used as a kind of expansion thought of new human resource management in all kinds of enterprises, which can release the pressure of employees to a great extent, relieve the anxiety of employees, improve the loyalty of employees, enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the team. Improving the working level of the employees, improving the performance of the employees, improving the operating situation of the enterprise, making the enterprise management easier, can provide the basis and reference for the promotion of EAP in various industries.
