【摘要】：高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的迅速興起與蓬勃發(fā)展,不僅能夠增強(qiáng)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)、提高國際競爭力,在一定程度上也表現(xiàn)出公司重視科技創(chuàng)新,致力于以高新技術(shù)帶動公司績效。作為知識和技術(shù)高度集中型的產(chǎn)業(yè),高新技術(shù)的開發(fā)在公司中占據(jù)著舉足輕重的地位。近年來,大部分高新技術(shù)企業(yè)都逐漸加大了科研活動和核心技術(shù)的專利保護(hù)的投入力度,隨之很多學(xué)者也將關(guān)注點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移到科技研發(fā)投入對企業(yè)業(yè)績和創(chuàng)新成果的影響上來。因此,本文選擇高新技術(shù)企業(yè)科技投入對經(jīng)濟(jì)績效影響研究,旨在通過研究分析我國高新技術(shù)企業(yè)對科技投入和實(shí)際經(jīng)營績效之間的關(guān)系,揭示出科技投入對經(jīng)營績效影響的具體方式和實(shí)際程度,探討科技投入怎樣促進(jìn)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)績效提升和具體從哪些方面來影響企業(yè)經(jīng)營績效。文章共有五部分:第一章分析了本文選題的背景、意義,以及對以前學(xué)者所做的研究分析進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)梳理,闡述本文所采取的研究方法;第二章對于高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的定義進(jìn)行了概述,以及科技投入及相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了描述。第三章主要是對科技投入中的研發(fā)費(fèi)用投入及人力資本投入及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行界定,然后對于科技投入對經(jīng)營績效的影響進(jìn)行了理論分析;第四章選取上市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件對高新技術(shù)企業(yè)科技投入與經(jīng)營績效的影響的實(shí)證分析,分析得出了企業(yè)的科技投入對企業(yè)的經(jīng)營績效存在相關(guān)性,科技投入中的研發(fā)費(fèi)用對企業(yè)績效有累積效應(yīng)。第五章研究結(jié)論、建議及本文的局限性。
[Abstract]:The rapid rise and vigorous development of high-tech enterprises can not only strengthen our economy and enhance international competitiveness, but also show that the company attaches importance to scientific and technological innovation to a certain extent. As a highly concentrated industry of knowledge and technology, the development of high and new technology plays an important role in the company. In recent years, Most high-tech enterprises have gradually increased their investment in scientific research activities and patent protection of core technologies. As a result, many scholars have shifted their attention to the impact of R & D investment on enterprise performance and innovation achievements. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between high-tech enterprises' investment in science and technology and their actual operating performance through the study of the impact of high-tech enterprises' scientific and technological investment on economic performance. It reveals the concrete way and actual degree of the influence of science and technology input on the management performance. This paper discusses how the investment of science and technology can promote the performance of high-tech enterprises and from what aspects will affect the performance of the enterprises. There are five parts of the article: chapter one analyzes the background and significance of this topic. In the second chapter, the definition of high-tech enterprises is summarized. The third chapter mainly defines the R & D and human capital investment and its characteristics, and then analyzes the impact of S & T investment on business performance. Chapter 4th selects the data of listed high-tech enterprises as the sample, and applies the statistical analysis software to the empirical analysis of the impact of high-tech enterprises' scientific and technological investment and business performance. It is concluded that the scientific and technological investment of the enterprise has a correlation with the business performance of the enterprise, and the R & D expenditure in the investment of science and technology has a cumulative effect on the performance of the enterprise. Chapter 5th of the research conclusions, suggestions and limitations of this paper.
