【摘要】：現(xiàn)有研究得出子公司內(nèi)部嵌入性與創(chuàng)新績效存在正相關(guān)、負(fù)相關(guān)和不相關(guān)等不同結(jié)論,無法為母子公司關(guān)系實(shí)踐提供明確建議。本文將子公司在集團(tuán)內(nèi)部的網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性分為行政嵌入性與市場嵌入性兩個(gè)維度,并立足于中國差異化的制度環(huán)境背景,分別探討兩種嵌入性對子公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響,驗(yàn)證子公司如何通過內(nèi)部嵌入形式提高創(chuàng)新能力,以及企業(yè)集團(tuán)與制度環(huán)境是相互補(bǔ)充還是相互替代的關(guān)系。利用中國2012—2015年上市公司的數(shù)據(jù),研究發(fā)現(xiàn),行政嵌入性有利于提高子公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力;市場嵌入性與創(chuàng)新績效U型相關(guān);相比低內(nèi)部市場嵌入,在高內(nèi)部市場嵌入情景下,行政嵌入性更有利于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。因此,內(nèi)部嵌入形式對子公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新存在顯著差異的影響。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在制度相對發(fā)展水平高的地區(qū),行政嵌入性提高了子公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,集團(tuán)內(nèi)部市場嵌入性與創(chuàng)新績效負(fù)相關(guān);在制度相對發(fā)展水平低的地區(qū),行政嵌入性與子公司創(chuàng)新績效關(guān)系不明顯,內(nèi)部市場嵌入性與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新U型相關(guān),即子公司內(nèi)部嵌入形式與創(chuàng)新績效的關(guān)系受外部制度環(huán)境差異的影響。研究結(jié)果厘清了內(nèi)部嵌入性與子公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、企業(yè)集團(tuán)與制度環(huán)境的關(guān)系,有助于后續(xù)相關(guān)研究。
[Abstract]:The existing research that subsidiary internal Embeddedness and innovation performance has positive correlation, negative correlation and correlation of different conclusions, unable to provide clear recommendations on the relationship between parent and subsidiary companies practice. In this paper, the network embeddedness subsidiary within the group is divided into two dimensions of administrative Embeddedness and market embeddedness, and based on the background of institutional environment Chinese differentiated, respectively discusses two technical innovation embedded subsidiary, verification of subsidiary and improve the innovation ability of how the internal embedding form, and enterprise and institutional environment are complementary or mutually replaced. Chinese from 2012 to 2015, the data of listed companies found by administrative embeddedness is conducive to improve technological innovation ability of subsidiaries; market Embeddedness and innovation performance of U type; compared to low internal market embedded in the high embedding market situation, administrative embedding More conducive to technological innovation. Therefore, there are significant differences in effects of embedded within the form of subsidiary company of technology innovation. The further study found that in the relatively high level of development of the system of administrative area, improve the technological innovation capability of embedded subsidiary, negatively related to internal market Embeddedness and innovation performance; the system is relatively low level of development area the relationship between administrative and subsidiary Embeddedness and innovation performance is not obvious, the internal market Embeddedness and technological innovation of U type, namely embedded within the subsidiary and innovation performance is affected by the external institutional environment differences. The results clarify the internal Embeddedness and subsidiary relationship of enterprise group technology innovation, and the institutional environment. Help the follow-up study.
