【摘要】:RBRVS在美國(guó)得到了廣泛的研究與應(yīng)用,實(shí)踐表明能較好地反映醫(yī)師的工作量、技術(shù)難度和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)程度等,可以作為一種有效評(píng)定醫(yī)師績(jī)效薪酬的工具。RBRVS在我國(guó)有著較好的應(yīng)用前景,醫(yī)院在實(shí)踐中應(yīng)做好RBRVS的本土化、信息化建設(shè)以及指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建等工作,以實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:RBRVS has been widely studied and applied in the United States. The practice shows that it can well reflect the workload, technical difficulty and risk degree of physicians, and can be used as an effective tool to evaluate doctors' performance compensation. RBRVS has a good application prospect in China. In practice, hospitals should do well in the localization of RBRVS, the construction of information system and the construction of index system, so as to realize the sustainable development of medical and health services.
