【摘要】：近幾年,企業(yè)只將自身利益放在首要位置而社會責任意識不強造成的企業(yè)自身及社會問題不斷出現(xiàn),本文從管理會計系統(tǒng)的視角,對選取的社會責任100強企業(yè)進行探析,揭示了社會責任履行與財務績效間的相關性,以社會責任融入管理會計系統(tǒng)的重要意義為宗旨,對基于社會責任目標的管理會計系統(tǒng)進行優(yōu)化,以幫助企業(yè)更好的完成社會責任。促進社會責任履行和企業(yè)績效的良性互動,推動社會責任的研究和實行的進程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the enterprises only put their own interests in the first place and the social problems caused by the weak sense of social responsibility are constantly emerging. This paper analyzes the selected top 100 CSR enterprises from the perspective of the management accounting system. This paper reveals the correlation between social responsibility performance and financial performance and optimizes the management accounting system based on the goal of social responsibility with the aim of integrating social responsibility into the management accounting system. In order to help enterprises to achieve better social responsibility, promote the implementation of social responsibility and corporate performance of the benign interaction, promote the research and implementation of social responsibility process.
