【摘要】：子公司決策自主權(quán)是子公司的一種戰(zhàn)略主動(dòng)性,對(duì)跨國(guó)公司全球資源的有效利用具有重要意義。然而,子公司自主決策權(quán)具體對(duì)跨國(guó)公司發(fā)展有何戰(zhàn)略性影響,當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)界則關(guān)注較少且未進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。本文利用111家跨國(guó)公司子公司的多被訪者調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)子公司自主決策權(quán)與子公司績(jī)效、母公司創(chuàng)新能力間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):子公司自主決策權(quán)對(duì)子公司績(jī)效和母公司創(chuàng)新能力均有顯著的正向影響,跨國(guó)公司全球?qū)蛟谧庸咀灾鳑Q策權(quán)與母公司創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)系中扮演顯著的正向調(diào)節(jié)作用,而在子公司自主決策權(quán)與子公司績(jī)效間關(guān)系中所扮演的調(diào)節(jié)作用并未得到支持。本研究不僅深化了資源依賴(lài)?yán)碚撛趪?guó)際商務(wù)研究中的應(yīng)用,而且對(duì)跨國(guó)公司子公司管理和整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力提升具有重要的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Subsidiary decision-making autonomy is a kind of strategic initiative of subsidiary companies, which is of great significance to the effective utilization of global resources of multinational corporations. However, what strategic impact does subsidiary decision-making power have on the development of transnational corporations? At present, the academic circles pay little attention to it and do not verify it. This paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the independent decision-making power of the subsidiary company and the performance of the subsidiary company and the innovation ability of the parent company, using the multiple interviewees survey data from 111 subsidiaries of multinational corporations. It is found that the independent decision-making power has a significant positive impact on the subsidiary performance and the innovation ability of the parent company. The global orientation of transnational corporations plays a significant positive role in the relationship between the independent decision-making power of subsidiaries and the innovation ability of parent companies. This study not only deepens the application of resource dependence theory in the study of international business, but also does not support the regulatory role played in the relationship between subsidiary decision-making power and subsidiary performance. Moreover, it is of great practical significance to the management of multinational subsidiaries and the enhancement of overall competitiveness.
