【摘要】：文章基于福建省579家農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),引入結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,識別農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)與高校技術(shù)合作績效的關(guān)鍵影響因素及其作用路徑,主要結(jié)論包括:政策環(huán)境因素通過影響技術(shù)合作的初始階段、執(zhí)行階段、蔓延階段與整合階段對技術(shù)合作績效產(chǎn)生顯著間接正面影響;農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)需求強度通過技術(shù)吸收意愿、技術(shù)吸收意愿通過高校技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移能力和農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)吸收能力對技術(shù)合作績效產(chǎn)生顯著間接正面影響;農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)整合能力對技術(shù)合作整體績效有顯著的直接正面影響。以上實證研究結(jié)論,幫助政府明確農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)學(xué)技術(shù)合作政策設(shè)計的落腳點。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation data of 579 agricultural enterprises in Fujian Province, this paper introduces the structural equation model to identify the key influencing factors and their action paths of the performance of technical cooperation between agricultural enterprises and universities. The main conclusions are as follows: the policy environment factors have a significant indirect positive impact on the performance of technical cooperation by influencing the initial stage, the implementation stage, the spreading stage and the integration stage of technical cooperation; The intensity of technical demand of agricultural enterprises has a significant indirect positive effect on the performance of technical cooperation through the willingness to absorb technology and the ability of technology transfer in colleges and universities and the capacity of technology absorption of agricultural enterprises. The technical integration ability of agricultural enterprises has a significant direct and positive impact on the overall performance of technical cooperation.
