【摘要】：綜合檔案館門戶網(wǎng)站作為檔案機(jī)構(gòu)為廣大用戶提供服務(wù)的平臺,以其高效、便捷、易獲取等特點逐漸超越傳統(tǒng)信息獲取方式,成為用戶獲取所需檔案資源最為便捷的途徑。與此同時,在大數(shù)據(jù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+等思想的影響下,作為我國各級檔案機(jī)構(gòu)信息化工作重要組成部分的檔案網(wǎng)站,正承擔(dān)起更為多元化的社會職能。目前,我國各級綜合檔案館門戶網(wǎng)站雖相繼建成并不斷發(fā)展,然而在網(wǎng)站建設(shè)水平上仍良莠不齊,網(wǎng)站的利用率也存在較大差異,且多呈現(xiàn)下降態(tài)勢,同規(guī)模龐大的中國網(wǎng)民以及日益頻繁的網(wǎng)絡(luò)瀏覽形成了鮮明對比。如何對檔案網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提高檔案網(wǎng)站用戶的持續(xù)使用意向,留住已有用戶、激發(fā)潛在用戶,是各級綜合檔案館亟待解決的問題。本研究采用實證方法對影響檔案網(wǎng)站用戶持續(xù)使用意向的因素進(jìn)行探討,以期為進(jìn)一步提升優(yōu)化我國檔案網(wǎng)站服務(wù)水平提供較為科學(xué)的參考依據(jù)。通過文獻(xiàn)回顧,參考整合型技術(shù)接受模型、信息系統(tǒng)持續(xù)使用模型、信息系統(tǒng)成功模型三大理論模型,遴選出信息質(zhì)量、系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量、個性化服務(wù)、社會臨場感、績效期望、付出期望、社群影響、滿意度、持續(xù)使用意向九個變量,構(gòu)建檔案網(wǎng)站用戶持續(xù)使用意向影響因素模型并提出假設(shè)。選取歷史研究者、愛好者這一用戶群體作為調(diào)查對象開展問卷調(diào)查,對所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析的結(jié)果顯示:績效期望、社群影響、個性化服務(wù)、用戶滿意度正向影響檔案網(wǎng)站用戶持續(xù)使用意向;績效期望、付出期望和個性化服務(wù)正向影響檔案網(wǎng)站用戶滿意度;信息質(zhì)量正向影響績效期望;系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量正向影響付出期望;社會臨場感正向影響社群影響。
[Abstract]:As a platform for archives organizations to provide services to users, the comprehensive archives portal has gradually exceeded the traditional way of obtaining information with its characteristics of high efficiency, convenience and easy access. At the same time, under the influence of big data, the Internet and other ideas, as an important part of the informatization work of archives organizations at all levels in our country, the archival website has become the most convenient way for users to obtain the required archival resources. At present, the portal websites of comprehensive archives at all levels in our country have been built and developed one after another, but the level of website construction is still uneven, and the utilization rate of websites is also quite different. In contrast to the large number of Chinese netizens and the increasingly frequent Internet browsing, how to optimize the archival website, improve the users' intention to use the archives, and retain the existing users, is a sharp contrast with the large scale of Chinese Internet users and the increasing frequency of Internet browsing. Stimulating potential users is an urgent problem to be solved at all levels of comprehensive archives. In order to further improve the service level of archives website in China to provide a more scientific reference basis. Through literature review, reference integrated technology acceptance model, information system sustainable use model, information system success model three theoretical models, Nine variables, including information quality, system quality, individualized service, social presence, performance expectation, pay expectation, community influence, satisfaction, continuous use intention, were selected. This paper constructs a model of influencing factors of users' intention of sustainable use of archival websites and puts forward hypotheses. Historical researchers and enthusiasts are selected to carry out a questionnaire survey. The results of statistical analysis show that: performance expectation, community impact, personalized service, user satisfaction positively affect the users' intention to use continuously; Pay expectations and personalized services positively affect the satisfaction of archival site users; the quality of information positively affects performance expectations; the positive impact of system quality has expected; and the sense of social presence has a positive impact on the community.
