組織成員動(dòng)態(tài)情感與創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)聯(lián)性探究

【摘要】:從動(dòng)態(tài)視角對(duì)組織成員情感與創(chuàng)新能力關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,探究動(dòng)態(tài)情感作用于創(chuàng)新能力的機(jī)制,可以為組織成員創(chuàng)新能力提升和組織績效發(fā)展提供有益借鑒。動(dòng)態(tài)情感主要表現(xiàn)為情感反轉(zhuǎn),并通過內(nèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)力對(duì)組織成員創(chuàng)新行為產(chǎn)生影響,在這個(gè)過程中,情感延遲、個(gè)體特征、情感特征、情景因素等作為變量起著促進(jìn)或阻礙的作用;诖,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)提升其情感管理能力,促進(jìn)組織成員積極情感形成,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)其創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the relationship between organization members' emotion and innovation ability from the dynamic angle of view, and probes into the mechanism of dynamic emotion acting on innovation ability. It can provide useful reference for the improvement of innovation ability of organizational members and the development of organizational performance. The dynamic emotion is mainly manifested as emotional reversal and has an impact on the innovative behavior of organizational members through internal driving force. In this process, the emotion is delayed. As variables, individual characteristics, affective characteristics and situational factors play an important role in promoting or hindering the development of creative ability. Therefore, leaders should improve their ability of emotional management, promote the formation of positive emotions among members of the organization, and then promote the development of their innovative abilities.
