【摘要】：逆向物流企業(yè)績效不但關(guān)系到供需雙方企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和資源短缺狀態(tài)下的市場競爭能力,而且也關(guān)系到雙方企業(yè)環(huán)境社會(huì)責(zé)任的管理水平。TOPSIS分析法作為一種離散的多目標(biāo)決策方法,已經(jīng)在許多領(lǐng)域取得了成功的應(yīng)用,本文采用主成分分析和TOPSIS(逼近理想解法)相結(jié)合的組合評價(jià)法,建立了逆向物流企業(yè)績效評價(jià)與決策的主因子TOPSIS模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用DEA超效率模型,對樣本逆向物流企業(yè)的經(jīng)營效率進(jìn)行分析,并對分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行相對效率判定。研究結(jié)果表明,樣本逆向物流企業(yè)的經(jīng)營效率總體上較高,但各逆向物流企業(yè)存在不同的效率問題,也存在不同的改進(jìn)方向。
[Abstract]:The performance of reverse logistics enterprises is not only related to the market competitiveness of supply and demand enterprises under the condition of economic globalization and resource shortage. As a discrete multi-objective decision-making method, TOPSIS has been successfully applied in many fields, and it is also related to the management level of corporate environmental and social responsibility. In this paper, the principal factor TOPSIS model of performance evaluation and decision-making of reverse logistics enterprises is established by combining principal component analysis (PCA) with Topsis (approximate ideal solution). Based on this, the DEA super-efficiency model is used. The operating efficiency of the sample reverse logistics enterprises is analyzed, and the relative efficiency of the analysis results is judged. The research results show that the sample reverse logistics enterprises have higher operating efficiency on the whole. However, different reverse logistics enterprises have different efficiency problems and different improvement directions.
