中國乳業(yè)組織模式與運(yùn)行績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:伴隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,乳制品消費(fèi)需求增加,乳業(yè)得以迅速發(fā)展,但乳制品的質(zhì)量安全問題不斷出現(xiàn),引發(fā)嚴(yán)重的行業(yè)信任危機(jī)。近年來,發(fā)達(dá)國家乳制品消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)低迷,國際乳制品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇,國際乳制品企業(yè)都大力開拓中國市場(chǎng),世界奶業(yè)強(qiáng)國的乳制品因質(zhì)高價(jià)低而強(qiáng)勢(shì)進(jìn)入中國市場(chǎng),到2016年乳制品進(jìn)口量已超195.56萬噸,中國已成為世界最大乳制品進(jìn)口國。在中國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)逐漸步入“新常態(tài)”的背景下,研究乳業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織制度的具體表現(xiàn)形式的組織模式,尤為重要。本研究?jī)?nèi)容主要有六部分:第一部分,緒論,本部分內(nèi)容是全文的基礎(chǔ)框架,包括研究背景、研究目的和意義、研究思路和方法,國內(nèi)外研究及述評(píng),研究?jī)?nèi)容以及研究框架結(jié)構(gòu)等;第二部分,分析中國乳業(yè)發(fā)展階段,以2008年為界,分為產(chǎn)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)階段和產(chǎn)業(yè)重塑階段,并通過乳業(yè)發(fā)展歷史的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)中國乳業(yè)向經(jīng)營多元化、戰(zhàn)略國際化和聯(lián)結(jié)一體化發(fā)展;第三部分,根據(jù)交易費(fèi)用理論、產(chǎn)權(quán)理論和委托代理理論,對(duì)中國乳業(yè)組織模式發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行總結(jié),認(rèn)為其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)是組織模式企業(yè)化,企業(yè)模式現(xiàn)代化;第四部分運(yùn)用層次分析法和熵權(quán)法結(jié)合對(duì)中國現(xiàn)代乳品企業(yè)績(jī)效進(jìn)行測(cè)量評(píng)價(jià),并使用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型分析企業(yè)治理結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)績(jī)效的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)治理結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)乳制品企業(yè)的績(jī)效具有較大影響,其主要表現(xiàn)在股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、監(jiān)督機(jī)制的影響;第五部分,使用MNR模型分析企業(yè)上市對(duì)績(jī)效的影響,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)上市后乳品企業(yè)運(yùn)行績(jī)效并不一定上升,上市地點(diǎn)、上市方式和宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)乳品企業(yè)上市前后績(jī)效變化沒有顯著影響,因此只為籌資而盲目上市不可取;第六部分,根據(jù)研究得出結(jié)論,并提出建立和健全乳業(yè)市場(chǎng)規(guī)則和秩序,推動(dòng)乳業(yè)家庭組織模式和合作組織模式向企業(yè)組織模式發(fā)展,引導(dǎo)現(xiàn)代乳品企業(yè)治理結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、理性進(jìn)入資本市場(chǎng)、開展科學(xué)管理決策,不斷創(chuàng)新乳制品企業(yè)融資方式的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the demand for dairy products has increased, and the dairy industry has been able to develop rapidly. However, the quality and safety problems of dairy products are constantly emerging, causing a serious crisis of trust in the industry. In recent years, the consumer markets of dairy products in developed countries have been in a doldrums. The international dairy products market competition is intensifying day by day, the international dairy product enterprise all vigorously develops the Chinese market, the world dairy industry powerful country dairy product enters the Chinese market strongly because the quality high price is low, by 2016 the dairy product import quantity already exceeded one million nine hundred and fifty-five thousand and six hundred tons. China has become the largest importer of dairy products in the world. Under the background of China's macro-economy gradually stepping into the "new normal", the organization mode of the specific manifestation of the dairy industry organization system is studied. The main contents of this study are as follows: the first part is the introduction. This part is the basic framework of the full text, including the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods, domestic and foreign research and review. The second part analyzes the development stage of China's dairy industry, which is divided into industrial growth stage and industry remodeling stage, and through the study of the history of dairy industry development, It is found that Chinese dairy industry is developing towards diversification, strategic internationalization and integration. The third part summarizes the development trend of Chinese dairy organization model according to transaction cost theory, property right theory and principal-agent theory. The author thinks that the development trend is enterprise organization mode and modernization of enterprise model, and 4th part uses AHP and entropy weight method to measure and evaluate the performance of modern dairy enterprises in China. And using panel data model to analyze the impact of corporate governance structure on performance, found that governance structure has a greater impact on the performance of dairy enterprises, mainly reflected in the impact of equity structure, supervision mechanism; part 5th, MNR model is used to analyze the effect of listed dairy enterprises on performance. The results show that the operating performance of dairy enterprises does not necessarily increase after listing, but the location of listing, the mode of listing and the macro-economy have no significant influence on the performance changes of dairy enterprises before and after listing. Therefore, it is not advisable to go public blindly for raising funds. Part 6th, according to the conclusion of the study, puts forward to establish and perfect the rules and order of dairy market, to promote the family organization model and cooperative organization model of dairy industry to develop into enterprise organization model. To guide modern dairy enterprises to optimize their governance structure, to enter the capital market rationally, to carry out scientific management decisions, and to continuously innovate the financing mode of dairy enterprises.
